Except it's not suicide, unfortunately. LeeRoy's still conscious.

Same difference. You still lost pretty hard. Bad planning and all that.

Khan's unlikely to die, he's in a high tech ship full of his allies, they could probably stick his limbs back on if they had to.

I'm sure that topic is gonna come up soon enough.

And it's gonna go on for an unnecessarily long amount of time.

Eh. You win some, you lose some. I dare say it's always good to go out with a bang. And at that, LeeRoy has succeeded.

At least he pushed him to take off the training weights. That's something.

So.

You had the time to take off training weights in the immediate detonation?

Given that Grevious stated that Khazna had seen the radio waves before taking the weights off, he had only as much time as recieving the signal and triggering the explosion would take - and that is to think of taking the weights off (though Khazna should be able to do that pretty fast), actualy removing the weights, activating his flash skill and travelling a distance enough to be within the shield's proximity. Also, add the time for activating the shields here too, as they cannot be switched on before Khazna passes them.

Though you might as well forget about that all and let the guy live. ;3

Well, LeeRoy fucked himself over because he described how long the explosion took by having his character say an entire sentence, without suggesting haste.

Told you talking is sometimes to your disadvantage.

Oh, and there's that homefield advantage I was talking about.

Alright. Summarizing; Khazna hears LeeRoy say "This just go-", and deduces that he's about to explode, drops his weights, flash moves over to a forceshield thingy before the shield forms, then is protected by the explosion that goes off less than a second later, by the shield that formed after he passed it. Did I read it correctly? If so; That's all well and good, given the nature of his reaction time, but how in the name of the space/time gods does that shield work?Edit: I feel Vordak got my question and point across better than me.

you got it somewhat in reverse.

With hearing curse, then dropping the weights, the cut off is when he moved.

I also went with the normal space craft response to destruction. Kind of like the sci-fi equivalent to a fire sprinkler.

Shh... Rilla, just take this and go back to your room, the adults are busy.

LeeRoy and Khan's fight ended with a boom, Khan decided not to stick around for the finale, understandably. Everyone's having some trouble getting their heads around Khan's hasty retreat.

But, who's doing the cut off? Do they also have high reactionary traits and radiowave-sensing eyeballs? How does the shield work?

Having read it... Khan managed to move 35+ feet down on a hall, in the time it took LeeRoy to say a couple more words, while falling down? Even after he pressed the button?

Even I would have to call bullshit on that. With the way Khan later described his injuries, it should have been much harder for him to move - not to mention how quickly he deduced it was a bomb.

So either LeeRoy was falling a lot slower than people generally fall

Or Khan's character just SuperKhanned himself to safety.

Won't even touch the fancy shield that managed to pop up.

evrytime u click the button a bomb blows up, sequentially

Of course, C4 detonators aren't big red buttons either, it would be a little stupid if someone could drop a detonator in real life and have their bomb explode.
(unless using a dead switch, but that's intentional)
