I'm pretty sure the lifting max is around 100 tons or so.

Though, this makes you wonder why some characters that are unbelievably large can only lift 100 tons, like Green's high-tier mech, which is around 200+ feet tall (I think).

Does size factor into a character's overall physical might?

I'd say you'll stretch things a bit too much if you say your char is strong enough to benchpress a planet and still be fast enough to be classified as lightning bruiser.

100 tons is pretty weak, have to say. That means high tier characters couldn't lift tanks with one arm.

It would be nice if there was an example of really strong high tier characters in the description, like the magneto and doctor strange ones.

This I agree with, especially in regards to the Hulk; he possesses limitless physical strength and superhuman durability, both of which increase as his rage elevates.

Though for Hulk and Superman, they are quite close on reaching this roleplay's god-tier.

And no GM ever posted again in a certain person's Bleach RP... *coughs* yours *coughs*. You never post in anything. You join, make thirty characters when you really need like three at most, post for a while, then vanish when you get bored of everyone hating/resenting that you own half the characters in the RP. I've seen it numerous times.

I am aware. Been dealing with IRL stuff for the past couple days, trying to get my ID replaced from nothing, get my bank to stop being a bunch of tossers, and get my rent paid in full despite it being a week overdue. I have been busy, to say the least.

Solely on strength, Intermediate is 100-200 ton-ish, I think.
Low is 1 ton.
High, eh, too much.
