When I dropped Sukoh, I knew exactly who I was going to use until I sat down and started thinking about which one would be more useful.

Should I bring back Keezheekoni, who has knowledge of the MacGuffin.
Or should I bring in a new character.

I think it was over what you told him about going in to safe General Freedom.

You mean me telling him that saving him would be three things:

1: Impossible with characters such as Fury and Khazna in the way. And the ship that they're in could cream his without slowing down.
2: Impossible because Skallagrim isn't going to be on for a long time, and therefore he would just be hauling around a comatose General Freedom.
3: Impossible because knowledge of General Freedom's location would be Metagamey to the N-th degree.

Freedom may or may not be on the ship. However, Fury is his only lead, and Fury is.

I'm not trying to be your enemy here, Boerd.
But what you're trying to do is total metagaming.

1: Fury and Freedom were fighting on the planet's surface. You only ever posted in atmosphere.
2: National Media would likely not be able to cover Freedom's capture until it was confirmed.
3: You shot at a ship and said ship vanished after firing an EMP at you, which mind you, you have yet to address.
4: As I said before, a ship that claims to be a US ship from an unlisted channel is considered a threat.
5: You have no in character knowledge of where the ship went.
6: You have no in character knowledge of Freedom's capture, period.

National Media would likely not be able to cover Freedom's capture until it was confirmed.

Bull. A fight like this would get live coverage. 9/11 didn't need to be "confirmed"

What human being would survive being in the general vicinity of a character who passively steals the lifesblood from the area around him, and a guy who's basically a walking death machine? What human being would try getting close to them?

No news crew was described in the general area, and a large portion of the civilians who were there died.

And again.

Even if you do recover General Freedom, what exactly are you going to do? Float around space with a comatose superhero in your ship until Skallagrim gets back in an indeterminate amount of months?

A police car dash cam is always running, or they could use a news copter. Plenty of safe ways to get footage. This is a city, so people in upper floors of tall buildings can see and have nowhere to run.

Worst case scenario: Teflon cloaks and derps for a few hours until footage is shown of the kidnapping recovered from a smartphone or dash cam.

If I save him, Garrett will work his way home, ostensibly to get him the best medical care but also giving me a satisfactory and plausible way to retire Garrett and intorduce his replacement.
