Point 3 will be addressed IC, point 4 is negated by cloaking. 2014 military can't touch this.

I want you to re-read under what pretenses I accepted your character.
Then I want you to sit back and read what I'm about to say, because I'm not going to say it again.
Vehicles are part of the setting. Yes, they may fire. Yes, they may present a sense of urgency and be considered a 'stage hazard.'
But they are not the central concept of the roleplay.
Ships exist simply to enhance the setting by;
A: Pushing the plot along with a sense of urgency.
B: Transporting characters from place to place.
C: Representing the challenge of power based on the immensity and number of their ships.
D: Being a hazard to avoid.
E: Being a location to do character to character combat on.
Saying that it is 'moronic' or 'immersion breaking' is you personally not understanding what this roleplay is about.
I am growing frustrated with this notion of: "Vehicle hatred." And especially the way you are reacting to something that I told you on day one of you being in this roleplay. It is not a hatred of vehicles. It is a well justified frustration that vehicles aren't intended to be the central focus of the combat.
When you claim that your vehicles are balanced, I grow even more frustrated.
As your ship can accelerate to Mach 10 in 40 seconds.
Your ship can orbitally bombard any character in one turn with explosives that are sufficient enough to level more than what the bomb in Hiroshima did.
It can turn invisible.
It is the second largest thing in this roleplay to Green's mech.
Not a single character can compete with your ship. Not a single person.
And on top of it all you're acting like you're some kind of martyr, some kind of victim. You're simply not understanding what I told you from day one.
Vehicles are part of the setting.

You are making statements, not explanations.
I recognize now Garrett is horrendously OP, as the God types like Raptormam's char are inactive and he was made to counter those. However, he needs to return to Earth to advance the story and allow me to introduce my next character. Do you see a better way to get back to Earth than following those people who know how to use portals? Because I don't.
Here is what I mean by "immersion breaking". Why in the hell, would anyone who has this immensely powerful ship, ever go down ever to brawl with some punk on the ground? Better to not have them at all.
You're perfectly illustrating my belief in your irrational vehicle hate. Suppose Beowulf of Titan had treads instead of legs, and a driver. Is it now not a character? Would you have denied it if it had treads and a driver? Can you show me a quote by Skallagrim saying vehicles don't belong with characters?
Garrett's "ship", which is really my terminological laziness, is much smaller than a 747. It is half the size, in fact. It is a plane which can go into space. If/when a God shows up, I will bring him from retirement.

Skallagrim pretty much explicitly stated himself that ships were complete fluff only a short while into the OOC, I'm not entirely sure why Boerd's character was accepted at all considering it's his only way of fighting.

Regardless, if you want to retire your fucking character, retire it. Don't force some stupid-ass victory which quite obviously negates two months of posting of what Fury does using some borderline meta-gaming ballshit understand Boerd?

Using OOC information IC. What you did was not meta-gaming, you are correct. Godmodding is the more appropriate phrase.

Drop-ship from where? Khanza wasn't even there yet. You just transported him through the dimensions without a portal.
