Quoting from T1:

Attacking
An attacking move should be a detailed account of everything vital to the attack: the stance of the attacker, the momentum or direction of the attack, the method of the attack, and it should hint at the desired outcome.

An attacking move must be comprised of one main action, or series of synchronized actions [within the realms of logic please].

>Synchronized is the key word here.

A good rule of thumb; the more actions you're attempting, the bigger the chance of fucking yourself over by allowing your opponent to literally pick which of the many openings he wants to exploit.

Essentially this.

The more actions you take, the less chance you have of them actually being completed. If I throw ten punches, and after the second or third one, my opponent stops me from throwing the fourth - then I don't continue to throw punches five, six, seven, eight, nine, and ten. Those are negated.

I'd imagine, you can spin and fart at the same time.

Not with your horns buried 4 feet into the fat of a massive ursine monster.

And claws.

Let me demonstrate.

Player A: I run towards him, throwing a knife towards his head while doing so, then I backflip over him, land behind him, then I try to kick him in the leg, then I dash away, pull out my Uzi and shoot him, then I pull out a grenade, throw it towards him, then I pull out my pistol, and shoot the grenade, then I backflip towards him and try to dropkick him in the nuts.

Player B: I grab the oncoming knife and throw it back at him before he jumps.
Player B just negated everything Player A was attempting to do.

Why not?

He was already holding pincers. It literally would just take turning about and tossing him.

So you're saying that he's spinning the entirety of Sukoh's weight as though it were nothing? 18,000+ pounds of bear, as though he were a doll? Mind you, his feet are dug deep into the earth, he's holding himself down. I detailed that a few posts ago.

And with a jaw clamping down on his hindquarters, digging into his flesh does nothing to his leg mobility? Which is required to move?

And spin.

And hold up weight.

Have you seen how strong he is? He literally does not even feel your weight on him. And I have had dug pretty deeply into him at this point with those pincers for just as long. (shrugs)

See, I've been fighting fair for this entire fight. Taking every hit, and only dishing out hits when they makes sense. I've been doing one action per turn, and I've got a character whose only special abilities are being really big, and no biological requirements.

If I wanted to fight unfairly, I would have put one of my higher tiered characters in. But I didn't. I put in Sukoh.

Now, since we're going by how strong they are.

How strong is this beasts fleshy parts and bones?

I'd be more than willing to assume they aren't tougher than solid steel. Am I correct?

Right.

You know I could have done something lame and just crushed Sukoh between both arms,(which he could have) or ruined Sukoh's arms due to the weird 2 successive targeted attacks rules. And it's not like I did not take any damage so far. I could have even said, "Nah, armor everywhere, trolololol,"

But I spin and fart once and suddenly I'm the evil overlord. >.> (neither of which will even hurt you)

His flesh, under his scales at least, are not inherently stronger then one would expect.

Again, it takes three days to pass anything through the digestive system of a creature the size of Snarnorgul.

And I was unaware that Snarnorgul was capable of spinning, despite having the jaws of a monster twice its size clamped down on its hindquarters and waist. Which, to me, defies all logic.

I'll have a post up shortly.

@LeeRoy - Hey now, having a high tiered character doesn't mean that you fight unfairly.

Sukoh the bear is at a disadvantage, because his bestial nature is outmatched by a foe that has a far greater number of natural weapons at his disposal. Making a slugfest against it a poor choice.

@Khan - I do agree with LeeRoy on the whole fart thing. Regarding the spinning thing, well, with your permission, may I point out the obvious weakness of that move?

Edit: Mind you, it's a pretty big weakness.

It's a matter of principal, Khan.

I was playing fairly, not doing any moves that didn't make sense.

I was allowing my character to be harmed, and at this point he wouldn't even be able to fight the Devil Elf, from how grievously he has been injured.

There were no: "Suddenly because he's in a compromising position he's going to do this thing that isn't in his CS, but it's allowed." On my end.

I'm not angry, I'm just hurt that despite trying to have a good and entertaining fight. You literally pull something out of your ass to make yourself have an advantage.

If it weren't legal, I'm sure Skallagrim - whom, if I remember correctly, Khan messaged prior to using the move - would not have allowed it to go through.

However, to make it square. I am going to ask that you allow Khan to edit his post to something else.

I'm not sure why your so sure it would take three days considering it's a guess and the exact nature of his organs is alien to anything on Earth. The fact that it's normally a used as a breath attack is why I asked ahead of time. But if your so adamant against spins and sniz I can simply edit it out.
