@AndreyichJust remember that Laurie probably won’t know he’s DG until after the first mission. Probably thinks he’s been recruited for some super secret squirrel DoD/DoJ task force.
@idlehandsI remember us talking the last time this came around and I proposed a Navy Doc or something in Antarctica or somewhere spooky that operated on a dude and his insides were just wrong.
Least I think that was you.

I wish it was. You know what, I'm going to say it was.
I'm thinking of a forensic science, pathologist or something. Someone to poke around dead bodies and such.

That would actually work out well for Serena too, being corpsman, and her interests in criminology. I should probably add that into her background a bit too, I think I mentioned it but it was short. I could possibly even recently station her in Antarctica if you're still thinking of using that.. I'm sure she'd be game if it was a take or leave it sort of thing offered by the CIA. going from one of the most arid regions to one of the most desolate.. yeah, she'd fucking love that, but she'd do it..
maybe not so much on the Antarctica bit, but if your close in age they could've gone to west point together. They could be friends, or not so much, acquaintances maybe, possibly didn't get along?
