"I have one weapon, my son does not, but we both have some magic. Mine is mainly water." Jenna said.

"I can do fire." Jonas said.

"Ok what type of weapon do you use and since your child uses magic I will stop by pendulum and ask for some books"

Two glowing red eyes light up on a large shadow on the wall, watching Jonas.

Fenris doesn't notice and picks up the combat manuals to organize them

"Throwing knives and I won't let Jonas use his magic cause I believe fire is too dangerous. He may not be able to do much with it now, but still." Jenna explained.

"Oh come on, Mom, I'm 15." Jonas said. "I can be careful."

he finds the throwing knife manual and hands it over to Jenna " here you go and I will solve the problem of it being dangerous by getting manuals so he can better control it "

Jenna nodded with her only response along with her son being, "Okay."

Fenris turns around and suddenly sees the eyes he pulls out his dagger and points it at the monster and calls out to it "what are you"

Ras was making his way around as he could sense something thanks to his telepathy. more like feel the violent intent from something as he made his way to the danger. he was ready to not only make improvements on his skills but also help who needs his assistance.

Fenris wiped his hands on his pants and started circling the thing watching it if it was going to attack

Rushing to the mind that he was feeling, Ras came over to notice a few beings and a monster seemingly trying to defend themselves against it. Ras watched for a moment before he'd attack. He wanted to send in a surprise attack as he hid a little.

Fenris relaxed a little as it was not moving

It grins, revealing white fangs. It's mind is a black void.

Fenris readies his dagger preparing for an attack

Ras wondered if he should make the move now. For a moment he waited before dashing out swiftly. He was rushing in a way that he'd do his best to evade if attacked.

Fenris almost drops his blade in surprise of seeing ras rush out " what the-"

There's a flicker, and the blade is knocked from his grip, spinning across the room.

Fenris dives for the blade catching it, gets up and starts to fight the monster with ras

Ras went for his first attack moving to get close enough as he thrusts his arm out with his palm towards the monster to release his telepathy magic with telekinetic force towards the monster, mostly to push it back but not enough to really damage it.
