He walks into the room Natasha's napping in, and smiles, fading away into the darkness.

She rolls over and smiles at him "Devon...." she said to him and smiled.

He smiles, mentally kicking himself. "Mmmm? Did I wake you?"

She looks at him and smiles. "No...." she said to him and then sat up. "Ive been up....I just cant sleep." she said to him.

Adam nods as she she leaves and continues eating. When she returns, he gives her a somewhat concerned look. "Are you okay, Arty?"

Leila smirks and pulls out her phone. "Okay, but it's gonna be a second. I keep it powered off so that I don't attract as many monsters." Once the phone powers on, she quickly scrolls through and finds the picture. She holds out the phone to Ivy. "Isn't he so cute?" she asks.

Ivy groans and facepalms. “Woman, what am I to do with you? I swear to the gods. There’s absolutely no one?”

Jacob laughs when he sees leilas picture

"Want to do something then?" He sits next to her.

Leila cackles as she shuts down her phone. "Nah. I'm trying to concentrate on my job right now. Starting up a floral shop is a lot harder than you might think."

Ivy sighs. “I guess that’s understandable. But seriously? Four years?! Leila, if your job makes you happy and fills that void, then fine, but I just want you to be happy. My gods, I sound like my mother.”

Jacob chuckles harder

Leila's smile fades slightly. "I mean, I would, but it's just complicated, you know? I don't want to mess it up, and I've already got a lot on my plate. It's just easier this way. And besides!" she says, shaking her head and brightening her smile. "It's not like I don't have plenty to do, you know? I've gotta keep the shop running, I have the volunteering, and I've gotta keep you in line," she says with a teasing lilt. "That's enough for me!" she finishes with a smile.

She looks at him and nods. "Yes im fine...." she said to him with a smile. She then paid. She waited for him to finish. She looked down at her phone as she buzzed and frowned and opened the message what she looked at made her eyes go wide....it was a text from her abusive ex boyfriend...it was a photo of her and adam the the restaurant she was now sitting in. She got up and looked at Adam. "Adam....we need to leave now...." she said to him as she got up.

She looked at him. "i would like to cuddle." she said to him.

Ivy sighs and hugs Leila. “I get it,” she says quietly. “All of it, but if it’s meant to be, it will work out. Trust me, okay?” She finishes with a small smile at Jacob.

He lays down next to her, and cuddles with her.

Tasha smiles and kisses him. She cuddles with him and then falls asleep after a bit.

He yawns, and, seeing that he's not going to be able to move for the next while, settles down for a nap.
