Toby sleeps deeply

Winter starts to get bored, and she flicks the TV off. She closes her eyes and starts to softly sing Avicii’s Wake Me Up.

Toby makes a noise but is still asleep

Winter plays with her ring and sighs. She had pieces of paper in her pocket, and she starts to mess with them. She considers Toby, and she takes out a sheet to look at it.

Toby sleeps some more

Winter thumbs the embellished writing. She takes out Arthur’s and a tear drops onto the sheet. She fists it, and it becomes encased in, and soon one with cheese. She makes a grilled cheese with it, and sets it on a plate for Toby when he wakes up.

Toby wakes up a few minutes later

Winter grins faintly when he wakes. “Hungry?” She motions to the grilled cheese. She’d put his paper under the plate.

Toby nods " I am thank you for the food he says and begins to eat the grilled cheese

Winter casually picks up a random book and starts to read, waiting for him to see the paper, a formal invitation to her wedding.

After eating the sandwich toby sees the invitation and reads it " thanks winter I'll be sure to where something nice "

Winter nods and smiles. “Thanks, Toby. Could you please not say anything yet? I’m waiting for everyone else to get here before I hand out the rest of the invites.”

Toby nods smiling and walks to the couch then falls asleep again

At the commotion, Adam had come running downstairs. He was tackle-hugged by Artimes, and braces slightly. "What-" he starts, then notices the unconscious man. "What happened? Are you alright?"

Two knocks on the door frame alert Winter and Toby to Max's presence. "Hey, do either of you - hey Toby - know where the nearest hardware store is?"

Toby was asleep and didn't hear max

She looks at him and nods into his chest. She just hugs him. She starts to cry as she dose. Her shoulders shaking as she cries. She then leads him back up to her Apartment and curls up on the couch with him. She plays with a lose strand on her dress. She cant think about going to to beach right now....She leans her head on his shoulder. "Ill talk to you about it soon." she said as a bruise started to form on her neck.

Winter turns to Max. “Oh hey, Max. It’s just down the street two blocks, then take a right. It’s on left just past the stoplight. And could you come back after? I need to talk to everyone.” She smiles when she sees Adam and Arty. “That’s two more..,” she shuffles through her papers. “And now I just need Devon and.. has anyone seen Jacob and Ivy?”

[Entlein]

As she leads Adam away, he pauses briefly and turns to the unconscious body. Adam summons his staff and traces a symbol through the air. "Tas," he mutters, and earthen bands wind around the man's form, securing him in place.

Max nods and thanks her. She snorts at Winter's question. "They're probably hiding, sucking each other's faces somewhere." She makes a disgusted face and mimes gagging.

Toby wakes up yawning

She cuddles up to him and sighs. "How are you doing Winter?" she asks her. She tries to hide the bruise. She closes her eyes and sighs. Shes hiding the fact shes shaking.
