Ivy pants and sobs. She looks beside her to see Jacob very much alive, and sound asleep. “Thank the Gods it was just a dream.” Carefully, not wanting to disturb him, she lays back down beside him so that they’re facing each other. She watches him for any sign he might be waking, then presses a gently kiss to his lips. “I love you.” With that, she falls into a peaceful sleep of good dreams. The kiss seems to have banished her nightmares.

Winter hangs up the phone and sighs. She looks upset and shakes her head. “It’s too late. If you object, then I won’t marry him, but it’s too late to call the wedding off. All of the services and the venue are prepaid for and the government office is expecting us. Apparently we get special treatment because we’re locally based celebrities.”

Devon stops hacking at the tree when it creaks, falling over with a crash. He whips the sweat from his face, and pulls out his phone, checking the texts. Spam, spam, Artimes, spam. He clicks on her text, and reads it. He texts back, Brb. Gotta finish something. Be there soon. He spins his scythe, and slams it into the tree, splitting it open. He pulls the blade out, and puts the scythe on his back, walking into the shadows for the long trip back.

Ivy grabs Jacob’s hand in her sleep. After a few minutes, she lets out a cute little high pitched moan and arches her back. “Alright I’m up,” she says groggily, lifting her head up to look at him. “Who got hurt this time?” She says wearily, plopping her head back down on her pillow.

Winter chuckles, then takes his hand. “Sorry, Love. I know you’d beat him in a heartbeat, but that’s not how it works here. If you, and I’m sure everyone here will object, then I have the option not to marry him.” She gives him a small smile, then blanches, cursing. She looks around for security cameras. She chews her lip and takes both of his hands in hers. “Please don’t take it personally if you don’t get invited. That would be my mother’s work. You’d think since she disowned me she couldn’t care less about if I marry or who I marry.” She looks pointedly at a nearby camera. “But no.”

Kerian frowns" alright but I don't get why I just can't fight him for your hand it's wouldn't be to the death just until one of us yielded.

Sage keeps looking at the crime scene and comes to the conclusion the killer is in the attic. Opening the attic door a man jumps out tackling sage . Sage punches the man in the face and rolls getting onto full mount. He's begins punching him over and over till he gets knocked out. Though none could see it not even sage a blindfolded woman with wings had her hand on sages shoulder.

Ivy sighs. “Oh thank the gods.” As she looks up at him, the exhaustion seeps out of her face. She reaches up for his face with a smile. “Now what, my love?”

Winter shrugs. “Well perhaps since musicians don’t exactly train in combat,” she chuckles lightly.

Winter nods. “Very true, my dear, but in hand to hand combat Derek wouldn’t stand a chance and well lets just say my mom’s rooting for him. And when my mom roots for someone, they can be dumber than a rock and they would win the Nobel Prize should my mother wish it,” she says solemnly.

Ivy swings her legs to the floor. “Yes well I also need to get ready.” She tentatively knocks on Arty’s door.

Winter turns to see a frantic Ivy. “Need something?”

Ivy smiles nervously. “I’m going on a date and I have nothing to wear. All of my nicer clothes are.. Wait I live next door.” Ivy grabs her phone and goes next door. Ivy changes into a white straight across dress cinched in at the high waist with dark green heels to compliment the silver and emerald charms strung across her neck and wrist. Her hair is pulled back into a bun.

Winter smiles when she sees Jacob. ’Hello, handsome,’ Bast purrs. ‘Down Kitty.’ Bast huffs. ’Fine.’ “She’s next door in her apartment,” she tells Jacob. Then she smiles and sits by Kerian. “They’re so cute together.”

Ivy puts in pearl and diamond stud earrings to match the pins in her hair. She takes off every charm from her necklace except from the crocodile and the four leaf clover Jacob gave her. She takes off her charm bracelet and goes for a silver and emerald bracelet.

She sighs and wishes she was not feeling so bad. She looked around and then went outside to the balcony. She sits down and then curls up o the chair. She looks up at the sky and sighs. She shakes her head. "Gods, Why is everyone here in love and im just like waiting for my man to make a move....AND hes disappeared on me...." she sighed.
