Omg for a moment I thought Iris was done for!! I can only imagine how he would be towards her even though she helped rescue Cas xD

And Cas still has no idea she's got a boyfriend hiding in the room with them, haha

Oh gosh honestly it's so confusing now haha, Ethan is going to go mental. Especially with the news that the others aren't likely to make it.

It's definitely a tense buildup before she and Ethan more forward with their plan cx

Yeah, I'm thinking what will happen is that the prisoners will recover enough for the interrogators to finish their work, and then later that day or tomorrow morning, Cas will have to make the announcement that they'll be executed (his father's health could take another dip, so he isn't feeling up for standing in front of a crowd)

Ohhh okay! So maybe tomorrow evening Ethan and Iris have to kidnap the Prince? Or are you thinking a little bit longer?

Yeah I can see this stressing out the King so maybe it affects his health :3

I don't have a preference on the timing of it ^^ I just figured that hearing Cas sentence their friends to death would be enough to push Iris over the edge if she was still uncertain about going along with Ethan's idea.

And it certainly wouldn't be good for Atlas, haha.

The timing sounds good to me! I think she is already being swayed with the idea. She knows she needs to get out and I think whilst she is quite overwhelmed and not sleeping she will go along with the plan~

I feel bad for Atlas in a way! Especially as he is right about Iris, I can only imagine what he would be like upon return especially with Cas haha

Yeah, she doesn't have a whole lot of time left, since Atlas is onto her. He's sickly, but he's an experienced king, since he took over way more responsibilities than Cas did when he was the crown prince decades ago. Cas thinks he's paranoid, but it's because he's too trusting in a world where more people are against the royal family than for it ^^; He doesn't yet have the experience to discern between when he should be kind or cunning in the world of the upper class either. It's about to be a very steep learning curve for him when he experiences betrayal for the first time.

It was good! I'll get started on a reply, but I've got another long studio soon, so I might not get done until after it's over if I can't focus enough to write it all out in one sitting. We'll see xD

I was until this weekend xD I just had a bunch of stuff hit me out of nowhere, so it may take me a few more days to get a post up depending on how quickly I can get my responsibilities squared away. Yay for school, tax season, and everything else happening at the same time...

I think I'm caught up on everything in my life (I hope), so I'm finally getting around to writing posts for everyone I left hanging here ^^; My posting speed will probably be slower than it has been in general for a while though. I'm in the middle of the bulkiest part of my research for my capstone project, so it's taking up a good chunk of my free time.

My partner made me a wonderful three course meal! He cooked duck which I've never had before :3

Yes! I start the new position the following week, I had to train someone up to replace me :)
