It's not that painful, really. I think I strained the tendon, which is why I'm being careful with it. As of now I haven't gotten more packing done, but it's still morning. I just took Kai for a walk around the neighborhood. While we were out, there was a whole herd of deer in the streets, which was super cool! Living in the mountains comes with lots of wildlife.

You know, I probably should, but I'm a tough-it-out kind of person, so I usually don't do anything to take care of injuries other than resting a little more than usual ^^; It's not the best habit, but I don't treat things or use medicine unless the pain is really bad. Even when I fractured a rib once, I just griped about it until my husband made me see a doctor to get instructions on how to let it heal properly xD

Oh gosh you’re one of those, though I can barely talk I am the same. I won’t go to the doctor at all regardless of what is going on haha. I’d have to be dying in all honesty. Oh, wow fractured rib had to have been painful! How did you heal that?

I wish. They went down a different street before I could get close enough to get a good shot. It was really cool though!

I have to see doctors annually for seasonal asthma and the occasional check-up for my IUD, but other than that I'm the same. My husband pretty much drags me there if he thinks I need to talk to my PCP. And current medicine can't really do anything for fractured ribs, so the instructions were just to move around as little as possible, basically xD I'm a bad listener though, so I'd still go out and just drive my car with my good arm lmao

Oh man I'm glad you have someone that literally drags you there to make sure you're alright lol. Gosh I can't imagine you sitting still hahaha. What was that sit still? Oh you mean go out on a hike and walk the dog xD

And yeah, but he worries too much xD Anytime I express even the slightest hint that I'm in pain, his first response is "make an appointment with your doctor right now" and I have to argue about why I'm not going to waste my PCP's time over every tiny little thing haha.

Hahaha I get you though, sometimes it can only be small so there is no need. Seeee! I knew you'd be the type to go walk your dog even if you've been told to rest xD you better not make your shoulder worse!

I get a little of both. We have a nice downtown area that's very rustic-city, but we're also in the middle of the forest at the base of the peaks, so we get nature too :)

And I think it's feeling better overall. I'm planning to get more stuff down over the weekend because it's been slowly getting less sore.

I'm not really much of a shopper, tbh. I like downtown for the bars and restaurants xD When we can go, of course. COVID has made downtown less appealing lately

It's way better today. I still didn't get much packing done though because I got caught up in updating my Spotify playlist with some of the new songs that came out this month.

I’m getting a lot of packing done today and then leaving for a last minute trip to California to help with another family situation, so I probably won’t get a post up for a while, just FYI!

Oh so much xD I downloaded over 20 new songs by artists like The Score, FINNEAS, 5SOS, Sheppard, Friday Pilots Club, Absofacto, etc.

Managed to get one done before I go to bed! I tossed in a FtB at the end of my post, so we can move on to the next scene. Feel free to carry it into the morning! There's not much reason picking up sooner than that since we'd probably have to FtB multiple times xD

And yeah, I also love to have a variety of music. I listen to pretty much everything except for metal and bluegrass.

It's been good! We dealt with the family thing earlier today, and now I'm just sharing a hotel room with my mom. I'll be driving 7 hours to drop her back off in Phoenix and head back home tomorrow morning, haha.

I didn't have time to write at all yesterday, and I only got through a couple posts today before my husband got home from work and wanted to watch JoJo's with me, so I'll work on a reply tomorrow! I think it's the only day this week that I don't have plans, so I'm hoping to get fully caught up on all my RPs then if I can!
