He walks up a worn path, clearing the weeds in front of him with his magic.

Mary looked around as she followed.

The grounds appear to be well kept, the trees trimmed, grass cut. The path looks like no one has used it in ages. He finishes cutting down the overgrown grass, leaving the path to the doorway clear.
