Ryu in his dragon form is bigger then all the other dragons so far and he is going to flap his wing at full force right above Levals head three times so I am pretty sure he would end up on his ass if not blow away entirely lol.

I'm sorry for Green. Apparently Leval doesn't understand that when a dragon is about to take off they dig their claws in further and put all their weight into their feet to leap.........OUCH!
