Well Lily already knew what Tony yelled at her; that as combat goes she's a bit useless, in fact completely.

She hasn't had much practice with her voice except in her father's recording studio where she discovered she could enthrall any who heard her voice much as the Sirens do. She had ideas in the combat that she could see if the old adage "Music hath Charm to Soothe the Savage Beast" but like many here she isn't sure of her ability and plus suffers from the Teenage girl issue of not wanting to appear silly.

I was thinking about how song in the D&D Realm and other Fantasy RP can be used to inspire those in battle and add to their fighting power, calm their fears and even be used against an enemy but that may be a fantasy of it's own.

Charmspeak is a type of hypnotism or persuasion in which it allows the speaker to convince someone else to do or get whatever they want. The strength of the command depends on the tone and the emotion of the charmspeaker's voice, as well as their skill with it. Eventually, charmspeak wears off and the person has no recollection of why they did what they were commanded to do.

Well she is the part of war that either begins it or is what some call the fog of war, confusion in battle; she is after all Ares sister. It was she who began the Trojan war because she was slighted so she cast the golden apple of Discord among three Goddesses there which said "To the Fairest"

In some myths she's the turning of battle either from victory or defeat the Goddess which fits best "No Plan of Battle survives contact with the enemy"

Pain is also part of her realm so in a couple of myths she's said to carry a scourging whip so a daughter she has might be armed with such a weapon
