The only thing off the top of my head is how open are you to the idea of using different abilities for certain skills? For example, using strength for intimidation checks, dexterity for athletic checks, etc etc. Also do you utilize passive perception/investigation?
For strength based intimidation checks, I will allow, it just depends on how you do the intimidation. For dexterity based athletic checks, I have a hard time imagining it, I was saw it would depend on how you do the athletics, but I usually find it hard. For passive skills, I do utilize them, like if a goblin rolls stealth and someone's character passive perception beats it, then they would be aware that the goblin is hiding.

I kinda take issue with this, but I'll be cool with it so long as you roll in the open.
Of course, for my games, I almost always show my rolls to players that are visible for their characters to see. The exceptions where I would not show a roll would be something like an enemy trying to hide.
