Oh okay, because its been quite a while since we had combat, I forgot to mention this, and thus sorry for the inconvenience.
After the first combat and Angus's solo combat, it made me consider a few things and decide how I wanted the postings and combat to be. Because initiative could play a important part of combat involving the timing and order of things, I thought it would be important to keep the usual initiative rule and not average the rolls. Additionally there is the factor of hidden or new enemies joining combat. Because I like to show most of my rolls, having these extra factors being added feel like can complicate the average that I do and not having hidden enemies shown in the totaling and average of the roll did not feel right to me as that average would be something that I showed everyone. However I am still keeping the rule that if the team (enemy or player) happens to have their members next to each other in the turn order, then they can make a post when ever want during that round.
In this particular case, after Azzen does his turn and as I already did the enemies turn (already posted their turn as I thought to give everyone an idea what happens, provide time for everyone to prepare a post, and felt Azzen's turn may not alter too much of it), then everyone can post make a post for their character's turn as all of the party initiative happens to be next to each other.
But in the future, lets say a party member, PC A happens to have their initiative roll be between the turns of two enemies. Then this person would have to wait for the rest of the party to post, then once I make a post of the enemy's turn that came before PC A's turn, then PC A can post.
