Idk maybe so he can get close enough to Gustang to slay him and then take over? The perks are useful especially Workshop connections.

Also considering he is trying to find his own happiness away from Zahard the Families probably higher chance of joining Wol Ha Ik Song. FUG could be the darker path where distancing himself isn't enough.

Yeah learning Floral Butterfly Piercing Technique and developing my own variation of it would be cool. By the way isn't your dude afraid of death? And being a FUG Slayer is one of the msot deadliest occupations to do?

@ColourlessKing he is afraid of death yes, but he also hates the Zahard empire since they didn't help him when he was sick , but just cause he's afraid doesn't mean he won't get in situations like that as he knows to climb the tower he will face death a couple of times.
