I hope mine wasn't too confusing! But basically he made two treadmills out of the Shinsoo currents and continuously made the ball spin to build up energy before firing it up by slowing down the bottom current while also letting it ride the path of the bottom current.

Mine had to be a bit long considering how complex Flow Control is XD. Like while Baam is technically firing laser blasts all over the place, he is actually doing some pretty complex actions naturally to achieve it.
