Hey! I'm up for some fights! All I ask is that you post a character sheet with the same info fields as mine, and please wait your turn! I like doing one on one fights! Also, with power scaling, just try not to be ridiculous with powers that are way too out there. That said, I'll post my character here. The Arena will always be the same. Fight on, challengers!
Name: Agatha "Aggie" Simmons
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Appearance: While looking in the mirror, Aggie saw large emerald eyes staring back at her, peeking out from under bangs of raven hair. Her nose was crooked, broken during a scuffle back in her high school days. She tried not to focus on that. Her lips were full, and colored light pink, though she tended to cover it with any other color. Usually, blue or black. Today, they were natural pink. Her cheek bones were sharp, matching the rest of her sharp and pretty face. She stood back a ways from the mirror. Her shorter frame was caught in the mirror in its entirety. She only stood at five feet and two inches, so she only had to back a little ways to fill the floor mirror. She was thin, and her body was adorned with a black skirt, and a black top that connected with fishnet gauntlets that covered down to the base of her fingers. A red corset hugged her waist and was surrounded by a brown leather belt that held five colored flasks on it. Her legs were covered by red leggings, and she wore boots that went to the middle of her thighs. Taking a moment, she put her shoulder length raven hair into a high pony-tail. Today, she had some fights to win. She grabbed a book, bound in black leather, and left the room.
Powers/Weapons: Aggie is a caster. Some call her a witch, some caller her a mage, neither are exactly wrong. For as long as she could recall, she found herself drawn to the paranormal and supernatural. She often read about ghosts, hauntings, and other strange things. When she was fifteen, her father gave her a black leather journal for her birthday. Ever since that day she would go to libraries, go onto websites, and any other source of information she could find, and filled it with spells, incantations, potions, charms, anything magical. She had realized only a short time before this that she actually had a talent for spell casting. She had seen a simple spell in a spell book that instructed in the way to make wind blow. Expecting nothing, she called out "Eurus! Notus! Zephyrus! Boreas!" She was surprised when a gust of wind blew fiercely from her hand. From that point on she dabbled in any kind of magic she could find. She first mastered one spell from each core element, believing that having them would help her remain balanced. Below, are her mastered spells.
Wind Spell: A gust of wind flies forcibly from Aggie's hand, enough to knock about 200 lbs of non-rooted weight backwards. She incants "Eurus! Notus! Zephyrus! Boreas!".
Fire Spell: A flame appears in her hand, and when she points the flame, it sends more in that direction. Some may say it looks like a flamethrower. She incants: "Flame, sear that which opposes me!"
Earth Spell: A rock or dirt is called to move by Aggie. She uses it for blocking. She takes a handful of earth and calls "Unmoving Earth, heed my call!"
Water Spell: An orb of water appears before her, forming from the air. She pushes her hand against it and it speeds like a bullet wherever she aimed it. She incants: "Aqua Surgo Rebus!"
Air Walking: Aggie pulls a leaf from her pouch, crushes it in her hand and incants: "Air, take me as your leaf, allow me to prance upon you!" She is then able to walk in the air as if it is ground, but to gain height she must jump forward. If she loses her footing, she could fall.
Tendrils: Aggie can call upon darkness to appear as long sharp prehensile tentacles. She is limited to one arm, and the tendril can only split into three. To create this spell, she draws blood from her palm and incants: "Dark bind, pierce, obey!"
Light: Aggie can create an orb of light to help her see, and if put into someone's eyes, could momentarily blind them. She puts her hands together and incants: "Celeste Surgo Luminesce!"
Weapons and tools:
She has a pouch that contains several dried leaves.
She has five flasks connected to her belt.
Flask one is red and contains a potion of healing. It contains about 3 drinks.
Flask two is blue and contains a potion of transformation. The potion was brewed to change her into a bat-like humanoid creature. It contains one drink.
Flask three is green and contains a potion of strength. Drinking it enhances her speed and power for 1 minute. It has 3 drinks.
Flask four is black. It contains a poison that can paralyze. It has one use.
Flask five is orange. It is a potion that allows her to phase through matter. It has one drink.
She has a dagger, sharp and about 6 inches long at the blade. She can fight with it, but prefers to keep her distance.
ARENA: The arena is a large field in the middle of the day. It has trees speckled throughout, hills and streams weave their way across the scenery. Here, Aggie was called to do battle with other warriors at the behest of some outside force that she could not understand. All she and the other warriors could do, was obey.
Ok, so I went a bit longer there than I expected. You by no means have to write your character as detailed as I did, however if you do, brownie points for you!
