Walter was a super senior and therefore was able to attend prom even if he's "graduated"

Prom is for Juniors and Seniors

Freshman and Sophmore have to go with a junior/senior to get in

I know this because I went to prom three times (suck it older sisters who were way more popular than me and had better proms)
