I wanted to give everyone a chance to post first, though it seems that I should have sorted out Taylor's combat situation earlier... basically, he slashed a thug's eye, he got manhandled by another one, then Mistikhoman tomahawked said one-eyed guy in the back, allowing the manhandling thug to let Taylor break free out of shock. Huh, overall he wasn't very useful in this fight ://

@BingTheWing Not too late at all. Maybe I narrated the end of the brawl too quickly in an effort to get to the main plot hook. It's always a bit tricky, finding that right balance with a new group. Sounds like next time I need to let the action play out for at least another go 'round or two. :)

Thanks for the heads up Bing! I know Sergio is headed upstairs. Not sure yet if the rest of the group is leaving the unconscious form of Mr. Logan for the saloon keep to deal with or taking more drastic measures. :)

@Eviledd1984 I'd be cool with it IF everyone in the group uses Discord. (I do, and obviously Bing does.) Otherwise, it seems like it would leave out some folks from the conversations. @Landain@BigPapaBelial, thoughts?

I'm fine with Discord, would give me even more reason to keep it open. I have a tendency to forget about it even then. But yeah sure.

I have no problem with discord. I tend to log into the channel and catch up when I can. I don't have time to simply idle in the channel and pay attention to a conversation. I just hate coming into the channel and finding 200 posts on what type of pizza someone likes or their favorite musical performer....but buried somewhere in these reams of irrelevant babble is an important quote about the Role Play.

@Eviledd1984, not a stupid idea at all. I'm still a newbie at Discord, so don't tend to think about using it. But it is pretty nice for quick OOC chat. The only reason I got a little hesitant is that I was in another RP that started using it and it made the players that didn't use Discord get so disconnected from the planning they both ended up dropping out. But if everyone can use it, that doesn't seem to be an applicable concern here. :)
