I think we need to add education/major to the character sheets. Just a pinch of humanity and to let people have an applicable skill. Cyclops is a math major with specalization in geometry which he uses to bounce his optic blasts. Storm studies meterology to better understand her powers, Iceman is a certified public accountant, it lets him hide the budgets of the mansion as well as expose discrepancies in the enemy books.

I kind of put that under the skill part which I added to the CS structure. My updated Plasma CS has a skills part, one skill that says she will be a master pilot like Cyclops one day.

It Depends on if he has nightmares where he unleashes his power or if his power is unstable that it is dangerous to sleep in the same room as you. It is up to you on that front.

I only mentioned that in Aya's post because I didn't feel like inventing one or finding one. I figured the nightmare scenario would work great since when she does have nightmares, it's of all the killing she did. Seeing as she killed with her power usually, I figured it go out of control. So there would be some mutants immune to it, but the constant miniature electrical storm might be a bit of a problem. It was an asspull, basically.

That's also pretty close to Tyger Tiger. Oh Madripoor, you so crazy.

Laura didn't exactly stomp off, she walked away calmly with a slight eye-roll being the only thing that could indicate she was upset until the bridge-pinching. She's not a child.

Lookit all these poor kids and their nightmares. Maybe X should be working on a psychiatry degree. Dr. Kinney-Howlett, X-Mansion's resident student counselor.

Why skip the hair dressing? Why not take the opportunity to learn something and throw some accuracy into the posts by watching a youtube video on how to make a French twist or any whatever style is most suitable?

*giggles* Darkshadow has no appreciable skills. Does exotic dancing count or a broad knowledge of faerie tales, popular culture and Buffy the Vampire Slayer?

Sarah used to have nightmares and they would animate the shadows in her room. Considering the number of "damaged" characters already I decided to drop that aspect of her background. She's still, surprisingly, afraid of the dark though. With the ability to see in the dark naturally the idea seems silly but it's that which makes her scared of the dark. If one has always been able to see, day or night, losing the ability to see or going blind would be terrifying.

You've gotta be kidding me. There's a Tyger Tiger? What kind of name is that? *Sigh* Anyone have a suggestion? Or maybe I should just forget the code name

My bad. I sensed a huffy vibe and described it as stomping off, even if there was no actual stomping.

You know... that would be very interesting. A nice addition to her character. Maybe you should do that. That'd be kinda cool.

Why? I skipped it BECAUSE I didn't want to learn hairdressing, even for something as minor as that. Especially for something as minor as that. Is it really THAT big a deal? Adding a hair dressing scene seemed pointless to me. So, I'm just gonna leave it. Besides, now that I think on it, all she would do is comb it, right? She wears it straight and wouldn't putting it up to sleep hurt like hell in the morning? Ah, crap. You just made me realize I could've put it in. Ah, fuck it. I think it's funnier like this.

Astrology would be my best guess for Asha to look into. *shrugs* It makes sense. And I'm sure the Professor has his hands full with all the social problems with the students, much less their subconscious traumas. It must be hard to be him, seeing all of their pain, let alone actually being able to experience it... I wonder if he has someone he talks to, like they normally do in those professions.

For some reason my mind is thinking of X-Men doing fatality's to their enemies and each other Mortal Kombat style. My mind is sure all over the place and quite random a lot of the time.

That could work in an Apocalypse ruled alternate universe. His love of the "survival of the fittest" concept would be most appropriate. I could easily see him setting up tournaments and Roman style skirmish games that you vokunteered for in hopes of winning vast rewards or to seek a pardon for some felonious activity.

Magnu's Fatality would be to teleport someone neck deep into solid ground.

Which also reminds me that I was thinking of the more subtle front liners could be used as more of the black-ops X-force rather than than x-men.

I was thinking we should each have a personal teacher(s) to teach you during one on one danger room time. This of course will have to come out of your free roaming mansion time.

I don't know who could train Aya. The only person I can think of would be Laura, due to their similar backstories of being killers. But I don't think that would work well.

As for her fatalities? They would be... 1). Charge one hand with electricity, then the other. Place her hands on either side of her opponents head. Say "Clear" and fry their brains out until their head explodes (this is Mortal Kombat logic... everything explodes). 2). Rubs her hands together to build up a charge. Slams her hands into her opponents back. Then walks away. A few seconds later, her opponents chest blows outward. Joke). An electrified french kiss that blows their mind (literally). It just seems to match her personality.

Leon could have Beast as a trainer. Or anyone who has the patience to deal with him, really.

His fatalities? I don't really know. I guess 1). He cuts the opponents throat with his claws, then reaches into the new neck hole with his tail. Grabbing the spine, he breaks it off, yanks it out the hole, then does a sideways spin to build momentum, and impales the opponents head with their own spine. And that's really all I got. Wait... nope, hang on. 2). He uppercuts INTO the opponents gut, right through the ribcage and grabs their jaw, then rips out the skull (MAYBE with the spinal column still attached) right out the front of the face. Joke). He coughs up a hair ball using a localized Sonic Roar to fire it like a bullet right into the opponents temple. Complete with an "Oops" because it was an accident.

Are they kinda lame? Yeah, but to be fair I had to come up with them on the fly. At least they're kinda gruesome and follow Mortal Kombat Logic, which dictates that even with you brain and heart removed, electrified, and put back, you are still alive to feel Raiden blow up your head, then your torso. Mortal Kombat Logic also dictates that when you are frozen, screw gravity.

I guess I could make this one of his arcs. To the drawing boards. There will be more deaths then there was in X-Men: Last stand

Sebastion fighting in the Apocalypse war? Huzzah! Mind you, I don't think many of the X-Men would survive if Apocalypse won.

Perhaps it would be bettter to be transported to that dimension where we learn what to do to avoid it in our own.
