Has anyone here used BetterHelp before? It's a therapy app. Can you give me any feedback? Please and thank you!

I've heard nothing but bad things about it. There was a big youtube scandal not long ago about youtubers taking sponsorships from them when their service ranged from poor to downright counter-productive. Look it up on youtube if you want to hear the details.

Although I never used their service it seems a majority of their therapists aren't licensed or even professional and I must concur with the advice of @Obscene Symphony. Though probably better than nothing whatsoever if you need therapy, I would strongly advise you look for alternate sources of help which I hope you get.
