So, what qualifies as 18+? It says "adult themes" but like... death is technically an adult theme, and death can be found in the most kid friendly media. I'm assuming it's more like an R rating or an M rating? More drugs and sex than anything else?

18+ usually applies to graphic erotic content (ex: "smut" or "ERP"). This, for example, is what the rules of the Guild apply to. What ELSE falls under that umbrella tends to vary from person-to-person though. Sometimes people also just use the 18+ tag to mark that they don't want to write with minors for miscellaneous or comfort reasons as well.

@Dr Lovecraft I'd like to add to what Chuuya said by offering a small distinction; 18+ in 1x1 threads usually means smut, 18+ in any other section usually means death, drugs, etc.

So, I've decided to start my first project, and I'd like to bring a co-Gm in to assist me; on the grounds that I'm new and would benefit from a more experienced Gm double checking my work. Also, I expect to have a looot of questions.

The idea is that a G-Man like entity has begun interfering in the affairs of other realities and pulling people's characters into story lines and plots that they have nothing to do with. Functionally, though, it'll be a bit like kingdom hearts, with each reality being a pre-existing game, movie, franchise, etc. The first one I plan to do is Legend of Zelda, but specifically the game The Legend of Zelda for NES, the very first one. I plan to have NPCs be playable, as well as allowing "native" characters that are original characters, but are specifically created for that realm. And then of course will be the player's own OCs, from anywhere, any when. Do to the variety of character possibilities, characters will need to be reviewed fairly strictly, especially NPCs.

In the meantime, I plan on making a thread in Casual and setting it to full so I can work on it there, and then just copy-pasta an interest check. Let me know if you're interested!

No, G-Man as in Government Man, specifically referring to the G-Man from Half-Life. Something that's definitely not God but may as well be compared to the player.
