"Sarens you need rest the fox is gonna be out for maybe a day or two from doing anything. Besides bane and I can keep watch over the fox" said the driod but knew talking was not gonna help. Before walking over to her and poked her shoulder a sharp pain would hit her shoulder as he injected anesthetic into her causing her to become numb and start to get sleepy "it will last at least eight hours " he said

Serena gasped at the pain and looked at her shoulder. She looked at Vt and started to feel numb. She shook her head and said “I don’t want to leave him alone again...I can’t...I can’t...” she fell to the side, her eyes closing as the drug took affect.

Dante watched this and smiled slyly. He would take her to sleep, then have his own fun.

Vt grunted picking her up and taking her to her bedroom and tucked her to bed. Before coming out and looking at Dante "don't even try" he said annoyed as he wasn't about to deal with no trouble. Vt was calm but even he was incredibly dangerous when not in the mood.

Dante smirked and his eyes glowed again. “Come now...I wouldn’t do anything to harm the goddess...just a little fun is all...” Bane growled and muttered “ya we know the fun you have...your not messing with her.” Dante shrugged and sat on the couch. “I can wait...i Vos asked me to keep an eye on things away...”

Bane looked at VT, not liking this at all.

Vos was already back in her office just back to work like always. Ignoring herself and pain as she kept working regardless.

Vt rolled his eyes he never slept. He was awake for hours and never grown tired at all.

Dante sighed and said “fine...I’ll come back later and see how things are going...” he left the room and Bane cursed. “I really hate that guy...what is his drive after Serena? Do we have any background on that nut job?”

The office door opened and Dante stood there, his eyes glowing as he walked in. “The goddess is asleep...sadly the other pair there made me leave...but I thought I could do you a service...”

Serena slept in the bed, but not peacefully. She tossed and turned in her sleep, muttering in her sleep.

Vt cracked his back slightly"unfortunately not much" he said opening the file for Dante. It was limited access.

Vos looked over slightly "well at least rest is good for them" said the captain looking over files and papers "what service?" She asked running her head

Dante walked over and moved behind her and rested his hands in her shoulders and started rubbing the knots out. “One to release some of the tension in your shoulders...then help with anything else you need...” his eyes flashed again, his aura gathering around the pair.

Bane looked over and said “from what I’ve heard his the descendant of the Dante who wrote the Inferno...and rumor is his mother was a demon slash witch...” he glanced at Serena’s room and muttered “I don’t like how he looks at her...like a Hunter looking at its prey...”

Dante could feel slihht lumps , problay swells from her lashings she took for the sake of those under her charge. While vos was harsh on everyone she took the punishments from higher ups like lashings and or torture in order to keep others from receiving them. She grunted as knots slowly undid theyselves as she sighed "what am I gonna do with these people" mutter.

Vt shrugged as he didn't know "I don't know we just keep tabs on him I guess. Or toraksui can if he wakes up again" mutters gently . Before seeing the fix finger twitch

Dante tilted his head and said “they are good people...trying their best to help the world...maybe there is a way to let them without the restrictions of humans want... foolish creatures some times aren’t my dear captain?” He smiled as his eyes glowed a little brighter as he said “that fox is something else...image if he was in full control of himself...and the goddess...amazing work. You have a great team here...why do you need humans at all...”

Bane sat down and said “ what do you think she meant that he knew her father? Wasn’t he human?”

Serena was tossing and turning in her bed, a cold sweat running down her face.

Vos sighed and looked down at the paperwork trying to focus "kitsune is crazy at times. With no real info on him we run only by what we see and can measure" she sighed "they are good. Maybe not toraksui all the way but they are good. " She mutters.

VT shrugged "I couldn't tell you we don't know that much of toraksui origin" said rubbing his neck looking at the fox.

Dante smirked and turned her chair to look at him, still working the tight muscles in her shoulders. “I am bad, Captain...I have evil in my soul...he isn’t bad. Just angry and lost...I wouldn’t worry too much about him. With the goddess around...he won’t want to harm others...”

Bane nodded then they heard a crash from Serena’s room. Bane jumped up and said “Dante isn’t in there right?”

Serena was curled up on the bed, her shadows moving around and reacting to the nightmare she was having. She heard voices and a females voice rang out in her mind. “You must bridge the gap...you must be the one to bring the balance back...” Serena was gasping for breathing, tears and sweat covering her face.

The Captain looked at him adn raised an eyebrow at his words and blinked her eyes " Evil is what you make of it Dante, it is not in blood or in souls. Sure you can come from evil places and evil realms but that doesn't mean you too are born evil or have to be such a way. I would know that better then most with the destructive and bloodthirsty demand of a hydra blood in me I should be more bloodthirsty but I learned to contain it" she said and while she was harsh she was wise, in overcoming the stigma many felt they had to prove from where they are from.

Before hearing a alarm on her computer and frowned "what now?" she groaned and looked as a new rival seemed to show up a huge bat like creature. Snatching and slaughtering people and then consuming their souls "Get Bane,Sarena and VT or whoever is awake, we have a new problem"

VT frowned and looked around slightly "NO he shouldn't be" said before the fox's eyes snapped open nearly spooking the mechanics out of VT who jumped sharply away "Toraksui your awake"

The fox groaned as he held his hand to cover the light slightly and grunted slightly "Ow the hell happened" he said tiredly.

Dante looked at the screen and muttered “of course captain...i shall rally the troops...” he vanished from the room, the captain feeling a kiss on the cheek before he was gone.

Bane cursed as Toraksui woke up and said “jeez, we didn’t think you would be up any time soon...you had a bad reaction to a statue being broken in your home village...lucky Dante was able to repair it and Serena stopped ya from losing control completely...” he got up and said “I’ll go see what the noise was...”

When he got to the door he opened it but suddenly was thrown across the room as shadows slipped out of the doorway and wrapped around him then threw him. Bane slammed into the far wall and slid down, stunned for a few moments.

Serena was shaking on the bed as her nightmares got worse, hearing voices of the past. The shadows were going nuts with her fear and panic.

Toraksui groaned seeing the shadows out of whack and slowly got up and huffed gently. "I'm always up when problems start" aid wincing at his side hurt. Before dodging a shadow and looked at the sleeping girl and frowned as he got close enough and touched her forehead with a finger as she could hear him in her mind ,"wake up Sarens your having a nightmare and your shadows are panicking"

Serena’s eyes shot open and her shadows stopped in their tracks. She sat up, shaking and breathing hard as she looked around and saw the fox next to her. “Torak...what...” the door opened and Dante walked in and saw Bane on the floor. He looked around and said “I feel I missed something...is everything alright?”

Serena turned her face, her hands shaking as she tried to calm down. Dante looked at VT and said “something nasty had come out of the darkness...you all need to suit up”

The fox just smirked gently "Your okay you were having a nightmare is all" said assureing her she was fine as he nodded his head and glared slightly at Dante "I don;t think going on a mission right now would be good for us" explained.

VT rubbed his head and helped bane up slowly " Another fight we just can't rest huh?" asked annoyed and rolled his eyes slightly "I thought we could get one day or maybe even a weekend off from job for a moment at least" mutters as he looked at toraksui and sighed "what bcoulds possible be going wrong now?"

Dante looked at Serena then smiled. “Why not you guys stay put I take the goddess with me? We can handle a giant bat...” Serena looked over and said “I can go...you guys deserve a break...”

Bane got up and looked over at Dante. “We are burned out...Serena you shouldn’t go either...” Serena got up and said “I have rested...I can go with Dante...you three need to rest...” Bane frowned and said “you slept for maybe two hours...Dante none of us are in shape to go” Dante was looking at Serena, his eyes glowing softly. Serena seemed to keep looking at Dante, her eyes out of focus.

Torak shook his head roughly "you are both fools to think two hours of sleep is good enough" he said sternly and his eyes glowed dangerously. "You both will cause only more trouble with your state. I can already tell Sarena isn't ready for anything right now and Dante can be ready but maybe It just him and captain this time, your the only two at actual ability right now" he said but wasn't giving it a choice.

"So Dante you go back to the captain and tell her its just you and her till we actually rest enough," he said sternly giving Dante a warning glare and gave sarena an even harsher glare. he wasn't about to have things go to shit this fast. He knew none of them where up to snuff not even Sarena or him and he wasn't risking any more lives.

"there's no god in this reality that save you if anymore people get hurt" growled Toraksui ina very real threat to Dante and the captain.

Dante looked at the fox and said smoothly “I wouldn’t stand in the way of the goddess if she thinks she’s ready...” he smirked and Bane frowned. He glanced at Serena and saw her eyes looking at Dante. He growled and moved over to block Serena from Dante.

“I think you better get on the mission, Dante...we will follow if we can...Vos can call me for back up...I don’t think staring anyone down...or trying to force anyone into a fight is going to help..” he glanced back at the fox and nodded at Serena, trying to give him a hint on what was going on. Serena was still looking at Dante, out of focus as Dante’s eyes were still glowing.

Dante frowned a little at Bane and said “only if the goddess says she isn’t ready...wolf boy...” Bane didn’t move, not letting the demon mage have his way on this.
