VT sighed gently "so much for listening to orders it seems.we just gonna do whatever at this point huh" he mutters as the Kitsune grinned amused at the android.

"Oh chill" he snickered as he learned against a bench "besides what harm can it possibly do to use our powers " he snickered as VT glares at him "don't try me" he grumbled slightly as the kitsune grinned amused and looked out "abesides we are on our own" he muses looking at the cloudy sky above them grinning brightly.

"That's where the fun starts"

Serena looked at the droid and said “no one will see the shadows. So relax...” one shadow came back and Serena touched the shadow. She flinched at her arm and then said “there’s a main road a mile that way...then down the road is a gas station but no one is there...we can make contact there...” Serena nodded to the shadow that vanished.

Bane looked at the other two and said “we better get moving...Kitsune? Can you stay by Serena and make sure she doesn’t get more hurt? I’ll lead with my nose, VT keep us covered”

Serena waved her hood hand and muttered “I’m fine...just dizzy is all...I’ll live...” she looked at the fox and said “sorry about the name...just kinda slipped out...”

The kitsune grumbled at guarding duties all.over again and huffed "fine" he mutters slighty as he stayed near Sarena and snorts "just try to not call me that again please not good memories" said annoyed as he walked near her. The collar shines slightly in the stray bands of sunlight.

Vt kept a look out as they walked his eyes scanning around a mile around then his weapons sealed looking normal. "So far nothing no shadow sir evil readings at all" said but knew that was because it was daylight. The moment the sun went down ....evil cane out to play.

But nighttime was also the stir crazy of the kitsune as well

Bane walked by the droid and muttered “we need to keep moving...I can shift during the day but not while I’m still healing...what is the plan? Do we call for backup or try and finish the mission?”

Serena walked by the fox and saw him favoring his side. She tapped him on the shoulder and said “don’t get upset...just let me help somehow...” she waved her hand and a shadow moved under his shirt and wrapped around the injury, keeping it bond and from bleeding. She flinched and said “it’s not a permanent fix but it will hold for now...”

She started walking again without pausing, holding her busted arm and trying to keep her feet from tripping. Now the fox could see the blood was coming from the back of her head. She wiped her nose and saw it was bleeding. She paused then wiped her hand on her pants, trying to hide it. She didn’t want them worrying more about her.

"VT and Bane Sarena acquires medical attention much sooner than we would like to think., The back of her head is bleeding and her nose. Probably got some internal bleeding as well" spoke the kitsune to the two other males nonchalantly before grinning "Besides none of do any better without most injured either" said amused walking past Sarena amused. The wound on his side didn't close or stop bleeding but he didn't seem bothered by it.

VT frowned as he thought about it "Mission is only to research and report it back to HQ. If we can research a bit more of whats going on we can finish go back to HQ just fine and without problems" said the android before hearing the kitsune and looked back sharply "Sarena damnit!" he said annoyed "Find a place for us to rest for the rest of the day" he said to Bane. "we stay till we patch you up" he saiod not giving her a choice either in the matter.

Bane nodded and said “I’ll see if I can get us a ride to that gas station...stay here” he took off into the trees heading for where Serena said the road was. Serena waved VT off and said “I’m fine. I’ve had worse. We need to finish the mission...” she glared at the fox and said sharply “and mind your own business. You seemed fine doing it before now. I thought not giving a crap about us other beings was your thing” she moved away from VT and started walking off again.

Bane came back after a few minutes and said “I found a truck...looks like the driver got scared and left it...it’s just up there. Where is serena?” Serena was heading towards the road on her own, cursing as she bumped her shoulder again. She snapped her fingers and the shadow holding the foxs wound left. She wasn’t in the helping mood anymore.

Bane sniffed the air and said “and one of you pissed her off...”

The kitsune cackled slightly "she doesn't like for her injures to be pointed out, tough tits little lady " he grinned amusedly as the wound on his side wouldn't kill him nor did it really hurt him. Gatekeepers were notorious for high pain tolerance and good healing factors. His wound would heal in an hour, kitsune high tolerance on top of it made the wound barely noticeable to him. "besides I don't care about her if she lives or dies but it seems you two fancy her something so thought her living would make you two a little more joyful" he grinned coyly.

VT sighed at the kitsune "Bane just watch him" he mutters and was gone into the shadows. Going off to find her and frowned "You definitely are more injured than you let on," he said blinking his eyes his eyes scanned her "Now you gonna come back peacefully or the hard way My scans already show bad injury and that we can't leave you to tend with alone. Besides, you got a limp arm and what good are you gonna do in such a condition. Besides, we never hear the end of it from the captain" He muses slightly at the idea of getting yelled at by Vos for the tenth time people died on missions. God, she was scarier than a god could be.

After VT went to get Serena Bane growled at the kitsune and said “just keep your mouth shut around her. I mean it. She’s been thru enough without you making her feel worse trying to be nice to you. She’s fighting her own battles right now and trying to...” he paused and then said “she’s in the same boat as you...so just keep your trap shut. You may have power behind you but I can be a good match for you if I’m pissed off enough...”

Serena was sitting on a rock when he found her. She glanced over and said “I just need something better to tie to up higher...I keep bumping it...I am not a damsel...” she wiped her bleeding nose again.

The kitsune snorted "she can't erase or imagine thirteen million years of torment and torture to a group of little maggots" Said the kitsune amused. While everyone believed the group only existed when humanity was around, it was around millions of years before they existed. The kitsune was one of the first they ever targeted long before humans and the supernatural world meshed and blended. "Only thing that keeps this group from being taken out by me is that collar and believe me Bane when I say, yes you can when I have a collar on..but if this comes off.....Worlds have collapsed" said the kitsune in a grave warning to the werewolf that he shouldn't take lightly. The organization knew the danger of the kitsune but they also knew the power they could harness which they used for their own gain. Meaning they abused the kitsune powers and now he was no more than what the werewolf was...a pawn.

VT raised an eyebrow "None of us said you were a damsel all we did was care that you were hurt. I would care if you got hurt, or the kitsune or bane. Thats what you do in a team. you look out for each other. Maybe the kitsune wants us all dead yeah yeah yeah who cares right now all I want is you to be healed up before we try and get into deeper mud" He said amused and looked at her "Leaning on others when you need it is not a bad thing, The kitsune can do it on his own who cares, I can't if I was injured I would want you and bane to give a shit and make sure I was healthy and stayed healed. And we cared about Bane....well the kitsune helped with that one" he said and frowned at the kitsune's strange behavior and muttered.

"The organization used his powers to take out gatekeepers, okay he's wrathful for what we did and what we did was wrong and I don't blame him for wanting every last one of us dead. He has every right, we eradicated his entire race so that he be as hopeless as possible....we turned him into a monster.....His race is not how he acts....we made him the way he is now and that's one thing I will never forgive myself in that way. I played a major part in the suffering of that creature and I know one day he will rip me apart and all that will be left is metal and ashes. But Id never be mad at him about it, he has every right to act the way and us telling him that it's not okay to feel that way definately doesn't help" he assured her that the kitsune was right in his reality with the group.

"But maybe one day...one day...I'll get that controller back and click the unlock button and hope he doesn't;t eat me right away" he said amused and looked at her "Now will you please...let us help you"

Bane grabbed him and slammed him against the tree. “No, she’s been a guardian of the spirit realm since the gates were formed and she was doing great till the dirt bag in charge took someone dear to her and is holding them to make her work with them and not do it her way...like breaking you out without a problem she she wants to. Or find new gate keepers the right way...or wiping the floor with the crap we are dealing with her way. No, she has to follow the same rules we all do because if she doesn’t...the only family she has left will suffer. So shut up, leave her alone and just keep all negative comments to yourself...she has enough on her plate without your jerk comments”

Serena looked at him and said “Bsne wasn’t there for that and neither was I...he has no right to rag on bane who has been trying to make it better for him...or me when I really understand what he is going thru...” she got up and walked over and said “please just help me tie my arm better and stop the bleeding from my head...then we can keep going..” she was starting to look pale now.

But they heard a growl and a branch snap. She turned sharply and pulled her sword free, her eyes glowing silver as her shadows moved around them both defending. “VT...how close are we to the gate?”

The Kitsune touched his forehead and blocked his enegery path making banes entire body limp "Don't try me werewolf" he said amused before fixing him "Besides....Just because you suffer, doesn't make anyone else suffering any less" he muses before looking out and snapped his finger.

"Besides look how easily free you are," he said waving his hand around, "You and VT and Sarena technically are the freest, no collars. no chains. nothing, only the emotions that keep you tied here' Thats the greatest faults these days have. Everyones too scared to let go of things and learn to deal with it eventually" he snapped his fingers as Saren and VT appeared back. "So plan A?" he asked the two startled looking few.

VT was about to say something before he felt the world shift around them and saw they were back with the kitsune "Well we are not close to any gates, we are only sent to investigate the problems caused here really we are not supposed to fix any gates at all" he explained that this mission was no fixing of anything merely to collect data from what was going on.

The kitsune was about o say something till his ears picked up a sound and headshot to the left. His eyes turned a deep golden red color and started to spring that way. His eyes glowing in a trance to the sound he heard, his claws came out and the katana on his belt started to get off an ancient glow to it once again. Sarena would feel it.....but she also feel....a strange feeling.

VT whirled around " TORAKSUI GET BACK HERE!!!!" he yelled startled and ran after him "STOP GOD DAMNIT" He yelled frantically, god they are where gonna get into so much damn trouble.

As sarena would see as Vt ran off to grab the kitsune, she see it a fair lady of a ghost dressed in stunning old clothing. Her hair a deep golden color and a smile that made the sun look less shiny. The ghost looked at her, on her belt was the same blade that the kitsune had and she spoke something Sarena couldn't understand at all and pointed to where the fox and VT had runoff. The ghost looked at her and tilted her head and spoke "Torak?" asked the ghost confused.

Bane growled and his eyes glowed gold, pushing the foxs power off of him and muttered “don’t think your top dog because your an ass...just makes you sound like a baby more then anything else. And don’t talk about loss...we all lose things...and families and packs...”

Bane ran after the pair, Serena seeing the ghost and stopping. She limped towards her and said “your his mate...it’s the same sword...” she moved in front of the ghost and said “I can see you but I don’t speak your native tongue...but I can help him if you can tel me how...” she held out her hand to the ghost. She was getting worse as the bleeding was still going. But she didn’t care. A spirit needed her help.

Bane jumped and tackled the fox, pinning him down. “Snap out of it Toraksui! What’s gotten into you!”

The Kitsune growled as he ran, his eyes glowed with fury, before feeling his form getting tackled as he roared at Bane in his old ancient language. A mark started to show on his forehead, as Bane would recognize it, a gatekeeper mark. " GET THE FUCK OFF OF ME BANE!!!!!" He roared and headbutted Bane harshly in the face and shoved him off. Before scrambling up and taking off running again seeming to only get faster his strides getting longer.

Tv growled as he lashed out with the electric whips grabbing onto the kitsune's arm and yanking harshly as the kitsune was slammed backward yowling angrily at them "GET OFF OF ME!!!!!"

The ghost looked at her confused about who she was, before shaking her head rapidly and looking at her other blade, and blinked. Before taking the blade off of her side belt and held it out to Sarena "Torak" she only spoke. As she looked at her to take the blade, the blade gave the strong same ancient arcane magic that Toraksui blade had. The same raw energy, the same passion, and power behind it....same crafted one.....crafted by a Kitsune....for a friend...a lover.....a soulmate.

Bane rubbed his head, blood dripping down his face and jumped on him again and pinned him down. “What is wrong with him!? He can’t hear us can he?” He flipped him over and saw the mark. “Crap...we need Serena. Now. She can break this trance...where is she?”

Serena nodded and took the blade from her and said “I take it to torak...I’ll help him I promise...” she took the blade and stumbled then took off running with the blade, her shadows helping her speed.

She found the boys and said “Bane get off...” Bane got up and Serena knelt down by the fox and held out the sword. “Your mate...” she grabbed his hand and made him hold the sword, the shadows wrapping around the pair and she tried to summon the ghost back, her strength fading fast.

The ghost appeared looking at her mate and frowning seeing how horrible he had become. But still saw that the mark had never been taken off and looked at him. Before reaching out a hand slightly and touched his mark and closed her eyes, before kissing his forehead softly before vanishing. The blade glowed brightly before it stopped glowing and retuned to normal.

Toraksui could see the female failing to stand and caught her holding her up swiftly and mutters gently "Thank you" he mutters gently before the shadows fell as VT looked over and frowned seeing Sarena in worse shape and the kitsune and glared.

"Tor-" was cut off by the glare of the kitsune "She will need a night of healing" said the kitsune "A place to test please" he said, his demetor changed.

Serena was panting as the ghost of his mate did what she needed to do, her vision blurring as she used her power to hold the spirit there. When she finished and vanished, Serena looked at the fox and smiled weakly. “Thank goodness...I understood...” she fell forward and he caught her, her body shaking as she tried to keep her eyes open.

Bane stared and muttered “she summoned his mate? But how did she...” he walked forward and said “she’s in bad shape, his right we need to find somewhere to camp out. VT? Stay with them while I...” he paused and looked a few yards away. “There. I see a cave. It must be a mind shaft...” he got up and ran over to clear it, knowing Serena would be okay with the fox.

Serena looked up at Torasuki and muttered weakly “she came...she knew you needed her...she is very pretty...she loves you...still...” she had a temperature starting to build.

VT stayed to gaurd them as he watched the Kitsune, the very first time VT knew him the kitsune's better nature stayed out in the open. But for how long? VT was skeptical but hed take a break as he nodded.

The kitsune frowned hearing that his wife still could love him after all he had done to avenge their deaths. Tne pain he caused in doing so and how many realms suffered his wrath so he would be calm for only so long. The Kitsune looked at her "She is a good woman" he mutters gently before getting her to the cave. He laid her down and looked at her wounds with his kitsune eyes pinpointing the wounds.

"VT clean water please, Bane something to bandage up the wounds please" the kitsune muttered slightly as he cracked his neck and fingers slowly. It was gonna be a long healing time for him, till the collar decided it had enough.

Bane nodded and said “I’ll start tearing. VT there was a creek behind the cave. I can start a fire to boil the water” he moved over and started to work on a fire by the opening of the cave.

Serena flinched as he laid her down and opened her eyes that were dull now. “Torak...it’s really warm in here...you should...make sure the...the...” she shuttered and shook. She blinked hard and muttered “brother would be...mad I let...myself get...this bad...I think I busted my shoulder...and my ribs hurt...”

Bane walked back over with a fire going and his shirt turned into bandages and said “I have my jacket we can put under her head...I can’t rip it...VT? Do you have a survival kit with emergency blanket in it?”

Toraksui looked at her "Oh hush we are gonna patch you up licky quick don't worry just keep breathing" he muses at her and looked at the two other males to get to it and as the males got to work he started to extend his healing magic into her, starting to slowly heal up her ribs and shoulder, but this would take a while. His mind snapped into healing mode and turned like a stone and a trance blocking out the world, his only focus on healing her, ignoring the jolts from the collar.

VT nodded as he took out a small pouch from his belt and snapped it open to reveal a emergency medkit and survival kit as well. He went off and got some water as well filling up a pot at the stream though careful to not touch the water himself. He came back with some water "How long you think this will last with the kitsune...better hevaior?" he mutters to bane.

Bane looked at the droid and said “who knows...but I’ll take it for now if it helps Serena. She looks bad...what did your scans of her tell you?” He looked over at Serena worried. “She hasn’t been sleeping well for a few weeks...something is going on with her”

Serena nodded weakly and closed her eyes, trying to breath as her head got fuzzy. She reached out and held his hand, shaking badly. “Don’t...over do it...” she coughed, flinching.

Bane moved to the fox and set down the water for him and looked over at the droid.
