I can tell you of the ones taken so far, most of them are in their teens around 16 but no, there is no age restriction.

Dear lord, no! Romance is fine if people wish (think Disney friendly) but there will be ABSOLUTELY NO sexual stuff. No one needs to read or see that and if it was allowed, this would have been marked 18+ which it is not for good reason.
