@ERode and @Cu Chulainn by my eyes are probably the most detailed sheets, though I mostly know everyone who applied. It is with this in mind that I will keep those who applied in mind for other roles (or if they need to, fill-in's, though there will be terms to do so) down the line.

As I will take you guys as Defense and Might, we can move forward to the next stage which is me crafting a new opening IC post and you guys asking any OOC questions of me you need to get acclimated. I do not want to see drops in the future, but I understand I am not entitled to such things. Hopefully we can play in Enter for a very long time with little issue.

Aighto, to start with, I'd just like some confirmation...what exactly would be the experience of being transported to another world? Is it a 'blink and you're somewhere else' deal? Did they all go to the isekai at the same time? Did they actually die sudden deaths?

I have tried two different setups in this RPs predecessors before. I have not yet decided how we're doing this in this variation.

The first attempt had a portal opening up and sucking them up Super Mario Bros. style and dropping them in the World of Eferion. The second attempt had them waking up in a strange Japanese-like forest in the World of Eferion. Both have their latent, inherent strengths and advantages.

Additionally, all of the protagonists do find themselves grouped together in the relative vicinity of said forest in Eferion.

I do enjoy the forest idea as it does give a sense of familiarity, easing our characters into the world in a more natural-feeling way. While I also see the merit in being tossed in randomly, I feel it might be more interesting if it was a gradual adaptation, rather than the sudden culture shock one would see in most Isekai.

They will be placed on a waitlist, though if we get far enough where I can't explain protagonists away changes will be needed in the future to acclimate that fact. I will let you or others know when and if that time comes.

Additionally, I will also open in-world NPC character slots when they are introduced or are able to be introduced into the RP.

You mentioned that we're all set up to be at peak physical performance. Does that solve things like chronic illnesses or bad eyesight as well? And for 3/4ths of the Heroes, do they start off with a portion of their capabilities being beyond peak human? Might/Finesse, as an example, having flat out superhuman strength and reflexes? Or is that all based off of their potential for growth in those areas?

It would, I imagine. Though we didn’t have near-sighted (or far-sighted) character in the last versions to my memory. The magic the wish granted your characters has imbued them with essentially the “magically peak human” attribute. As for capabilities the only one with a distinct disadvantage is the spellcaster, but that will gradually be leveled out. The three other heroes will have subconscious instincts programmed into their brains, so for instance despite never learning how to use a bow and arrow Polaris’ character has the instincts and aptitude of an expert ranger. With Defense and Might this quantifies to their strength.

They will still need to see and learn specific techniques, so at the beginning they will be the equivalent of an untrained prodigy. In the last RP, the five-foot-nothing Hero of Might picked up a thick tree branch and swung it at a goblin, crushing its torso immediately by the impact. I think that should answer your question somewhat in this regard.

That five foot flat Hero of Might really went baseball star on that poor goblin, it was quite a fun sight. Not to mention, she also kind of crushed another's skull by just throwing a rock. That was amusing.

I was thinking of sitting down sometime tomorrow morning and getting it done. Writing a fresh one rather than revising the same one I used.
