@Thinslayer Have we already come up with a location in which reincarnations spawn? Perhaps, the tavern could be around that area.
Oh crud, I forgot to respond to that. I was busy working, and hadn't figured anything out for Rei, so I had to put it off. I think we should leave that up to the players to some extent. Tentatively, what I'm thinking is that they should put down in their character sheets how they'd like to spawn, and then we can use that information to work out a good place for them.
Regarding Rei, I still haven't figured anything out about where she should start. There's just so many possibilities open to her. I think you should go with whatever looks fun and hits you right in the fantasy. If a tavern keeper is what you think would be fun, let's go for it. Maybe it could be an Adventurer's Guild or something that doubles as an inn, which would give players an excellent place both to pick up quests and to just chill.
