Appearance: 
Ogami is a 170cm tall wolf-like Demi-Human, He has bright orange eyes and silver and black hair is usually tied behind him in a man bun. Much of his athletic body is scared from his years of fighting and battle. But he carries himself well almost with fully proper posture and has somewhat of a regal aura about him.

Bio: Me? No I am not originally from the Grand Empire, in fact I was born, raised, and spent the majority of my life in Dragon's Maw. My family was well off, enough so for that I was able to receive a proper education. And more so than only book smarts as well. I was taught to be a warrior, and a damned good one at that. Good enough to catch the eye of Warlord Yukihira , yes that Warlord Yukihira. I was with him before his war, he was a good man back then. 

As the war broke out I stood by his side, although I knew stories of the Dragon Emperor's wrath so I sent away my family early on. This gave me the piece of mind that they wouldn't get caught up in the mess of the war. It was a long war and kept me away from my family for quite some time. But as the end came to a close Warlord Yukihira released me from his service and told me to venture to the Grand Empire to reunite with my family. He was killed not long after I left. 

Since then I have been here searching for my family, took on a job as a merc for a while, they pay was passable, but to many contracts went sour for my taste. Leaving that behind I joined the adventurer's guild about 6 months ago, wasn't to hard to work my way up to Copper. Still looking for any clue to where my family may be.

Personality quirks:
I have a strong code of honor or sense of propriety that others don’t comprehend.
I begin or end my day with small traditional rituals that are unfamiliar to those around me.

I hope to one day be reunited with my family

Bonds: 
Yukihira Aurora/ Yukihira Nikita - Ogami's wife (a Fox-like Demi-Huma and Daughter (a Wolf-like Demi-Human) they have been apart for 7 years and it has been 2 years since he had heard from them.
Mitsuhide - Mitsuhide (Bear-like Demi-Human) is one of Okumi's most trusted retainers entrusted with the care of Ogami's family when they were sent to the Grand Empire
Gaul - A half Dragon Warrior under the Dragon Empire. During the Civil War Ogami and Gaul crossed blades many times but were never able to finish the other off.

Equipment: An ornate suit of Red Dragon Scale mail armor, A Katana passed down his family line for generations, Adventurer's pack, 10 day's worth of rations.

Skills/Abilities:
Favored Foe - I am able to turn my focus to a single opponent increasing my effectivity against them
Blind fighting - After some extreme conditioning I am able to sense what's around me allowing me to fight even when blinded
Peddle Swarm - using a trace amount of wind and earth magic Ogami creates a swarm of cherry blossoms that he can use to augment his attacks in various ways.

Magic:
Zephyr Strike - Tapping into his Wind Magic Ogami can move like the wind avoiding attacks and speeding up his own blade almost ensuring to connect with his blow
Goodberry - drinking deep from nature's bounty Ogami is able to bless a handful of berries. Making even a single berry nutritious enough to sustain a person for a day
Cure Wounds - Pulling from Nature's bounty Ogami can heal minor wounds

Other:
Since coming to the Grand Empire Ogami has gone by "Silver Wolf" in an attempt to hide his own identity from any assassins the Dragon Emperor might send to eliminate the Yukihira blood line for good.

Bio:

Felix Phray was an orphan when he was disccovered by the Order of the Silver Hour. 
The order would view the past, and pick those with the most potential to join them. Individuals whos lives would have practically no impact on the world they lived in, and whose actions would go unnoticed, these were they type of people the order looked for.
Felix was just the sort, and would indeed show great promise, until one unfortunate incident would have him hurled back to his timeline. 

Darius Blythe, similar to Felix, was an individual whos life would have no impact on those around him, but unlike Felix, Darius was brought up into nobility. He was arrogant, and quite deceptive. He would often look down on his fellow initiates if they were not of noble stock, Felix being one of his usual targets. 

During a project that both Felix & Darius were unfortunately paired together for, they were to conduct a magic experiment, Felix volunteered to be the test subject, however something went wrong with the spell, and Felix was then thrust a thousand years into the future, albeit temporarily. Upon recovery, Darius had somehow covinced the tutor that Felix had been the culprit for the mistake that just occured. Time-travelling without authority from the Grand Masters of the order leads to an immediate expulsion, or in some cases termination. 

Felix would then be unceremoniously expelled from the academy at which he was training, and forced to live out the rest of his life back in his own timeline. However his expulsion did appear hastily processed, as the order did not take the time ask what Felix saw in the period he had been thrust to. The order can only peer into the past, and a decade at most into the future.

After a short time being back on Hitor, he would find himself a job and a home fairly quickly in a neighbouring small town, working as an apprentice to an aging clocksmith.
After two years however, his mentor and friend would unfortunately pass away leaving the business to his children, who decided to let it go as they themselves could not afford to keep it, despite the protests and alternate options Felix provided. 
Felix would then accept things as they were and move on from his time in the small town, soon enough discovering the Adventurer's Guild, to which his curiosity would then lead him join. 

The Order of the Silver Hour.

The Order of the Silver Hour is an arguably ancient order, arguable as it is unknown when it was officially founded. All that is known however was that a High Elf known only as the "Observer" was its first member. Some claim the gods had a hand in its creation, others say the Observer himself may well be a god that had escaped during those dark days. What is truely known however is that the order guards and protects the world from those that would use time as a weapon for evil.

The Academy and the Order itself all dwell within a demi-plane of sorts, called Chroziya. It is outside of the timeline, but still somewhat connected.

Its members are chosen from almost all points throughout the past, and those that are chosen are those whos lives had little to no significance to the people around them. These "Initiates" are then brought to the Academy of the Silver Hour to be trained and guided until they become official Time Wizards.
They are instructed to learn from the past in all its forms, then to learn the basics of Arcane knowledge before they partake in the training of time manipulation.

Time Travel is a very difficult and dangerous ability, and is reserved only to the Grand Masters of the order. Even then, it is with very strict procedures that it may be only used for the recruitment process.

Personality quirks:
There's nothing he likes more than a good mystery. Or at the very least, a well stocked library. 

Personal goal: To one day return to the Order of the Silver Hour, and get justice. 

Bonds: 
- Darius Blythe, a human apprentice wizard, and the one responsible for Felix's expulsion from the Academy. 

Flaws:
-Felix can easily lose himself in information should he find something of interest. His willingness to learn about all sorts of things could even lead him to just stand, watch and observe a dangerous beast where others would flee for safety. 

Fighting Style:
-Primarily he'll use low level Time and Arcane magics, otherwise he will use his cane-sword for when up close. 

Equipment:

Weapons- Cane-Sword. 

Armour- A studded leather vest, with the outline of the order's emblem on the chest that was removed before his depature. 

Other- A backpack containing: Water canteen, basic travelling rations, spare clothes, and cloak. A tome containing spells that he has taught himself, and others he has yet to learn.
And a pocket-watch, which partially acts as his arcane focus. 

Skills/Abilities:
-Timed Observation- With an inkling of time magic, he can hasten his own senses to the point that everything appears to be in slow motion, giving him ample time to decide on his next action. 

-Researcher- Felix would often during his  downtime at the academy, spend much time in the library learning about histories before and after his timeline, giving him a large amount of knowledge of individuals, locations and artifacts. 

-Cane-sword- With training, Felix has some proficiency with his cane-sword, allowing him to alternate between one-handed and dual-wielding fighting styles. 

Spells:
-Magic Missle- A classic spell for most would-be spellcasters, Felix too was taught how to use it as part of his arcane training. 

-Past Wounds- Felix can revert time on a targets body part to inflict wounds it suffered in the past. 

-Repel- With an outstretched palm, Felix can push out a wall of force of varying instensity that will push back an object or creature a short distance away. 

-Mending- Felix can conjure a time bubble to reverse time on an object so it can return to how it was prior to being broken. 

-Haste & Slow- A targeted creature has its speed doubled or halved for a short time. 

-Confuse- Felix accelerates the mental speed of a target, causing their memories to flood their mind in quick succession.
