Kristin had started to wake up slightly yawning after hearing a loud crashing sound, she looked out of the window for a moment holding onto her spear as she looked out of it. She noticed a group of cyclops walking down the street, they hadn't really spotted her or the other group of demi-gods who had made the storefront their temporary home for now. It was still night out and it hadn't been day in quiet sometime either as Kristin made her way over towards the nearby vending machine. It had been smashed open free for anyone to grab something to eat as Kristin grabbed a bag of Doritos out of it.

There were a few other demigods walking around and quietly talking amongst themselves, she was the one looking after them as well to until they were given the word to move out. She chose a dusty chair and plopped herself down on it, aside from the patrol of cyclops things were pretty quiet at least for now anyway.

Ezekiel awoke with a start, hitting his head against the top of the storage shelf he called his bunk and his mood was permanently ruined. He walked out into the main area with a tired look, barely awake from his night-long adventure. He plodded past the vending machine, grabbing a bag of chips. Opening and eating them without even looking at the brand, he chose a beanbag chair and turned to face his fellow cabin-mate and one of the best on the team. "Kristin. Can you take stock of the supplies we have left? Should we not have enough to sustain our group, we'll have to mobilize and capture a new store."

After a quick deliberation, he decided to share what he had learned.

"Oh, and recently, I've taken trips throughout the city and there are demi-gods, clusters of them, who are guarded by Malamfor's minions and forced to give their godly power to him through sacrifice. We must take down his minions and put a stop to this ugly practice."

"Barring that, What would you say to leaving and finding a new home today though while it is still light? Our position is bad anyway. Whatever your choice, please tell me fast so I can plan a search party in advance." he finished, yawning and sinking deeper into the chair for just...another...5 minutes of sleep.

During his slumber, He wakes up for a moment and sees a trail of golden, shiny powder going up into the sky and a demigod lying on the ground with blood already soaked into the dirt. The godly part of their power tried to return to Olympus, but was trapped in a circle of Stygian Iron. Nearby, he could hear murmurs of "No...Ezekiel. He's really dead?" and with a shock realized that it was him lying lifelessly on the ground.

A vision? No. A Nightmare, maybe. This mission must get done and I cannot allow fear to rule my decisions.

Still, he couldn't help worrying for himself, and hated himself for even thinking that way as it all went dark.

Kristin leaned back slightly as she pulled out her celestial bronze spear and started to clean it up slightly with a rag that she had found on the ground. She let out a slight yawn and stretched, she was about to go out and do another search around the perimeter of the building when she heard some movement, she reached for her spear. Only to see that it was just Ezekiel she closed her eyes and sighed slightly as she went and sat back down, and thought for a moment.

"I already did a little inventory check, we are running a bit low on medical supplies, as well as food, like actual food and not from the vending machine." Kristin told Zeke as she stood up and looked down at him for a moment and thought a bit about moving out and finding another building to squat inside. She had been living in New York for awhile now and remembered that there was an apartment building near by that they could use.

"There is an apartment building if you want to look there for our next place to crash for awhile it's just a few blocks away." Kristin told him, moving during the day would be alright but thats when monsters are mostly active, and night you had the safety of darkness to move out.
