I don't have a set plot for this, hopefully me and my partner can bounce ideas of one another and come up with a nice story and setting.

But basically I want to play as the villain.

I don't have many limits, the fewer the better. Modern or fantasy is easiest for me but I'd be open to other settings and time periods. Made up worlds or existing settings are fine for me. Isekai or something original.

I envision things starting off small and slowly building up into a more powerful character with greater ambitions and greater malice for everyone. The scale is up to my partner, if you want to play as a pair who are working together or perhaps assume the role of 'game master' to narrate the world for my character a bit. I am pretty open to suggestions.

Off the top of my head I have two different setups in my head:

Modern - A pair of criminals basically just fall into a self destructive toxic crime spree that gets more wild until they reach a bad end.

Fantasy - Isekai or gifted main characters with their own motivations begin to conquer the world. Maybe starting off small as bandits for example or one of the character is actually the big bad Demon king or queen and just begins their reign of terror from the start.

I prefer mature roleplay. So smut mixed with story. Considering we'd be handling an evil character you can expect a lot of lies, violence, murder etc. we can discuss limits as you like. I am also open to playing with humanoid and non-humanoid sentient species like lamia, centaurs etc. if that's interesting to you or even futanari and other things like that. I have ideas for that. Also like to explore powers like mind control.
