I have a list of villains I'm interested in:
1) Anarky- my take on him is, he starts out a loner high schooler and slowly evolves into a young man hellbent on achieving a one world government
2) Bane- an uber creepy prison inmate who escapes during a blackout, but is kidnapped and subjected to a series of mind and body altering experiments, the Venom only improves his intellect so he does the weight lifting himself
3) Killer Kroc- a celebrity with a rare disease that slowly makes him more reptilian, making him h ellbent on forcing the disease onto others to raise awareness
4) Killer Moth- a small time criminal who thinks he can make it in Gotham, and slowly becomes a badass big deal
5) Riddler- a game show host who turns to crime after losing his job and having to feed his family, eventually getting obsessed and losing everything but his riddles
