Anime Western Posse? (Red Dead Inspired)

Those of you Red Dead Players already know, 'nuff said right partner?

Those not educated, and i just mean this as a pun, no harm intended. This will be the lifestyle of a group of people trying to make money and survive as a posse/family ( a family of friends)

There will be shoot outs, bank heist, train robbin' farm burnin' and moonshinin' chaos.

Aside from moonshiners, our outlaws can partake in bounty hunting, game hunting, treasure trading, and herding jobs to make due. Crips the old guy at camp can help you find jobs and has a hand in the game hunting pie.

You'd have your character, your horse, your guns, and your tent to account for.

So what ya say there cowpoke, want to come camping in the sticks and living that rough life.

Just the style of our characters mostly and I want it to have a Japanese setting probably Osaka. Though that being said if we set itni. The past it would most likely be during the Japan Isolationist Era, but we're there firearms??

If no we can do some sort of Neo japan set some time in the future, maybe something would have to happen to have life revert to the rough days.

Okay that actually sounds great. So historically speaking, this would be around the First Opium War?? I ask because I looked into it a little bit concerning wars, there were ships involved too so pirates are plausible, that being said. That war took place in the 1800's which if i'm not mistaken was the time of the wild west in America.

No problem. You can always stretch things too. RDR worked with a fictionalized version of the Wild West, could do similarly with China.
