[OOC] Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of the Void

I don't really have anything for Thassa being a member of either guild, and I assume that being involved in an expedition from the guild itself would likely require her to actually be a member of one of those teams. I do think, however, that it might be interesting to send her along where stuff is going to be happening. Any ideas how to handle that?

...It's hard trying to figure out how to work a new character into an existing storyline that I know so little about... XD

Well, actually, no, you don't have to currently be a member of that guild to join, I mean, at one point, Josh even said that he could 'use all the help he can get'. Besides, you could always have her attracted to Kamina, given that he's basically a giant snake (He's currently a gyrados, despite whatever the app may say at this point)

Though... Spruce is a little more in her size class~
Though his status as a snake can certainly be debated >.>;
And technically Ekans is in the Dragon egg group, and her father was a dragon, so she may slant toward Gyrados in spite of that!

...I'd considered that she may also take a shine to Tini, but getting mixed up in Team Green seems like a bad idea right now. XD.

Well, that, and Spruce already has someone... Celes. The last one to try anything with Spruce (read: Bonnie, who used Attract on him) ended up getting beaten down by Celes, though, keep in mind, Ekans is ALSO in the 'field' egg group, along with the likes of...

Question, what is the standard level for a starting character? I am using 18 for mine but if it is less then I can change it.

It's 10, but we don't use levels here, anymore. If you're looking up moves, then it'll be anything that they'd learn at level 10 or less.

Just be glad they don't work like those pitfall traps that would kill half your party.

AGH, I hated those, especially when you, oh, I dunno, finally got Mew to join your party in PMD Red/Blue, Mew takes two steps, falls down one of those, and since he hasn't been back to Pokemon Square, you have to recruit Mew ALL OVER AGAIN. Also... why would pitfall instantly kill if it just makes you (as in, the leader) progress? Shouldn't you be able to 'catch up' to these other party members if you fell down the hole or used the stairs? But, nope! We're using our own logic, so they're dead, no reviver seeds can save them, either!

He/she could, but your character's father has to be one of those who can pass down that move. I'll only allow one egg move, and as long as it's not OP... Leech Seed is acceptable.

Does this RP tend to observe a strict post order, or is it just "post whenever you have something to respond to"?

We kind of have a strict post order in that you can't post again until the rest of your team has posted. (IE: Evanist can't post until after I've posted again, ect)

Here's an idea, what if the book is partially unown text and partially english, with some of the english being illegible and some of the pages torn out. That way Falvev can read some but not much of the book. And if we run into someone who knows unown text they can decipher more.

Except, everyone also knows Unown text, lol... sorry. Maybe those weird hieroglyphs from that old pokemon movie, or something similar to that? As in, an old pokemon language that came about before the Unown were so widely... well... known?
