[OOC] Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of the Void

Well, Gabe usually sets up three opponents, the last of whom will trigger your fifth move. You (not your character) can choose the difficulty, and I'd imagine that it would be low, given that most of Gabe's students are dragon types. After all of that's over, he'll explain fifth moves to your character, and hand them a white belt, like the one that Spruce is now wearing.

So the dojo is how we unlock our fifth move? Awesome. So would I just RP Gabe and my opponents as well (I ask because I'm not used to controlling NPCs in RPs)

Yes, that's typically what you'd do. You may control Gabe (so long as you keep his personality at least close to what has already been established) and the opponents.

Oh wait; Kamina is still in Allure Town, not Scale City. Also, he kind of gave away his money that he got from his last mission. I suppose I could have Tini find the dojo in Treasure Town and get his fifth move though

Alright, here's what I'm planing on doing; Since Kamina is dirt poor, he won't be able to pay the cost, and will get turned away. While Tini will come across the dojo and use some of the travel money to train there (the three mon challenge) and get his super move. However, my problem is this; I have no idea what the personality of the other two dojo owners is, so I'm not sure how to proceed

I got a headache that came up around 6 hours ago, and I suspect some paracetamol won't solve it completely. I'm gonna be blunt: have a discussion between yourselves. I'm not feeling too well, so at the moment moderating work will be passed down to Sumable until I recover.

I think it's implied that pokemon don't absolutely NEED any dojo in order to use their fifth moves for the first time. Else, we'd have characters with flimsy, or very out of character excuses to get to these dojos in order to get their character up to par with the others.
