Alright. Apparently, Spruce has now learned: Wrap, Growth and Leaf Tornado.

Vine whip should be at 3, tackle might have gotten a few bars up, and you decide whether or not Void Whip levels up.
As for Hex, Gust should be at about 4 by now.
Anthony's Tackle should now be just about level 1 and a half {|||||-----}
Celes' Hidden Power should be at level 2, and Swift should be at level two, as well.
As for the rest, just ask them how often they've been using their moves, and what they think they should be at.

Well, you can replace Leer with Leaf Tornado, but that's about it. Obviously, it should be at level 1 {----------}, 'cause I haven't used it yet.

I don't think Will needs odor sleuth, although fury swipes and feint I will take. Samuel will have Quick Attack, and Spark.

Um, Sumable, let me just tell you... Feint is weak as heck, and is only good against opponents who use protect. I'd go with Feint Attack, which is at least double the power.
