The Netherworlds have seen a new era of peace, or as peaceful as a universe full of scheming demons and monsters can be. Some issues that arose were quickly stomped out, an evil swordsman here, a sorcerer trying to revive a god of destruction there. But now, everything seemed fine for the most part. Especially thanks to the hard work of the Netherworld Support Force, a group formed after the defeat of said evil swordsman, dedicated to the aid and protection of all the Netherworlds. Life is good for the most part. That is until the realm of Galias was conquered by an unknown tyrant, Overlord Dyson. This self proclaimed overlord crushed any who opposed him in Galias and formed a new empire, the Dark Sphere Kingdom. With his new empire, Dyson declared war on all other Netherworlds, proclaiming that he would unite all of them under his empire, and form a universe where only the truest of demons and monsters could live. Fearing the apparent power of this new overlord, the Netherworld Support Force has sent out representatives to every corner of the Netherworlds, in search of willing individuals to join in protecting the other realms from Dyson. Pirilika and her butler, Pii-chan. Pirilika is a bit of a ditzy girl from the Wahei Netherworld. She amassed a fortune as the founder of the clothing company, Tempoora. She is a huge otaku for all things Hinomoto, especially their bushido code. She, along with her prinny butler, Pii-chan, were instrumental in the defeat of the demon swordsman who sought to takeover the Hinomoto Netherworlds. Now Pirilika serves as the leader and founder of the Nethertime Support Force, seeking others who wish to help and aid other Netherworlds in need.

Generics
Warrior/Valkyrie: A standard frontliner, with good physical attack and defense. They favor melee weapons, and excel when in the middle of the enemy lines.
Magician/Witch: A standard caster class, skilled at using spells to hit the enemy's weakness from a distance. Their magic is powerful, but spends energy quickly. They can also choose an element (Fire, Wind, Ice) to focus on, determining their resistances and weaknesses.

Orc: A standard frontliner, with good physical attack and defense. Small and weak by themselves, they excel when fighting as part of a group.
Slumber Cat: An agile fighter specialized in survivability. They take advantage of their cuteness and agility to avoid getting hurt.
Spirit: A caster class specialized in Fire damage. They never run out of magical energy.
Winged Warrior: An evasive, moth-like class specialized in incapacitation. They fly around the battlefield spreading powerful ailments.
Evil Eye: An agile, bovine fighter with unmatched strength. Their powers leave enemies weak and defenseless.
Horseman: A mobile frontliner specialized in defense. They keep on fighting while shrugging off physical attacks.
Dragon: A slow frontliner with very high power and durability. They become even stronger as the battle goes on.
Pincer Shell: A slow frontliner specialized in defense. These giant crabs become even sturdier as the battle goes on.
Sub-Zero Crash: Spinning up the turbines built into her arms (installed to make cold brew quickly) Zeta slams both her arms into the opponent and freezes them with a powerful gust of frigid air. Deals heavy Ice Damage at a close range with a small chance to inflict Freeze. Thea Synthesis: Using her newly implemented stomach-mounted espresso unit, Zeta infuses healing herbs into her coffee, making it magically heal those who consume it. Heals for a small amount and cures Paralysis/Poison. Boost!: Overclocking her joints and engines, Zeta exceeds her maximum movement total for a brief period of time. Afterwards she has to spend an equal amount of time at halved speed. Her evasion and critical rate rises, and falls to half of its normal amount in her cooldown period. Gelid Shot: Chunks of ice are formed in the palms of Zeta's hands then shot with her turbines, impacting distant foes for medium Ice Damage.

Bio: The netherworld of Megamachia was a peaceful one, ruled over with the standard iron fist and standard hellish conditions one would expect of most places, and here a brilliant scientist (read: asshole dad) created the universe's most powerful android (read: built a badass robot girl) to fill the void in his heart, and his wallet. After all, the new upstart Overlord Dyson was looking for fools to follow under him, and what better use did a robot powered by caffeine with a bevy of weapons have than being sold off to fight endless battles?
Zeta didn't particularly mind, actually. Her creator was an idiot and so was the Overlord, and everyone else, so really, it was all the same whether she fought for him, against him, or just retired to drink energy drinks forever. That is, at least, until she discovered espresso, and ever since, she's never once needed to boot down to recharge. Of course, once that was factored into her maintenance costs...it was obvious after a while that her expensive coffee tastes were literally drinking a hole in Dyson's pocket. As such, in a sweeping reform, the grand Overlord banned caffeine in its entirety, causing her rebellion. After getting thoroughly trounced in a direct fight and having to rebuild herself with inferior parts, Zeta has joined the Netherworld Support Force, for the future of freedom, and for her to drink her espresso in peace!
Misc: Factually consumes enough caffeine a day to power an entire country's labor force.

Has a chance to inflict burn and lower foe’s HIT for a set period. These fans look cool and cut up your enemies! They’re not good at keeping you cool, though…
Foxfire Dance - Chinatsu performs a graceful dance, surrounding herself in beautiful sparks that invigorate her allies. ATK and SPD up for a set time Hey! You bums better pay up, show’s not for free!
Lotus Dance - A dance that reinforces an ally’s spiritual strength. Heals SP and raises INT/RES for a set period. You’d think she’d get sick doing all that spinning…
Celestial Domination - Charging a large amount of magic into her fans, Chinatsu utters an incantation and unleashes a powerful blast of energy at her opponents. Deals heavy star damage from afar. She’s consumed too many light novels and anime, those corny chants and poses prove it…
Elemental Alignmen:t Fire, Star
Bio: Chinatsu is a young woman born in the Kyoukushima prefecture, a location known for being a hub for nerd culture in the Netherworlds. It should be no surprise that Chinatsu herself is something of a large otaku, having consumed copious amounts of manga and OVAs in her spare time. In spite of her lazy NEET nature, however, she is actually quite a skilled fighter, being something of a rune swordsman. However, even this is just her acting out her fantasies.
Tired of her antics, Chinatsu’s family kicked her out of the house and told her to get a job to support their finances, or don’t bother coming back. How unfair! At least, that’s how she saw it. Fortunately for her, scouts from the Nethertime Support Force had quickly sought out her skills, thinking she’d be a shoe in for their ranks. She barely paid attention to how the job involved risking their lives in order to defend the peace and fight intergalactic death gods, she was just happy that she was able to find a place that provided free food and bedding! She hastily enlisted, also excited at acting out some of the characters from her beloved works of fiction.
Misc: Chinatsu has memorized every effect of every card in her favorite TCG, being able to read verbatim on command. She also can recognize any VA from any anime she’d watched immediately.
Henshin!: Kai transforms into Exceed. The Exceed armor is an ancient armor of unknown origins, it’s powered by a strange energy source known as the Ramadam. This energy source is receptive to the user's willpower and grows alongside the user. Exceed also has 3 other regular forms that he can freely change into. Each of these forms change Exceed’s Stats, Weapon Affinity, and Element. Exceed can not instantly change between forms and must make an opening to change forms.

Weapon Summoning: The Exceed Armor can summon the respective weapon of the form, that way Kai isn’t carrying around four weapons at all times. A toy replica of each weapon is sold widely, being slightly altered so they don’t have to pay Kai royalties. This ability can also summon a motorcycle resembling the form on Exceed, because while Toei will try their best to phase them out, I won’t.
Hyper Dai Hens- (Sealed.) What?: Kai by channeling enough Drive and Will, Exceed would transform into its Final form, Exceed Infinity giving it infinite power to defeat all foes. Unfortunately working in Retail absolutely drains both Drive and Will. So he can’t go into this form at this point in time. Completely useless starting out… It’s a surprise form that will help us later.
Exceed Kick: The classic Rider Kick coming in four Flavors (and a Fifth Secret one.) A single target attack dealing damage to the form’s element. If the attack kills the target, the target will explode and all enemies around the target.
Exceed Rend: An AOE weapon attack, the element and range depends on which form and weapon is being used and usually just a more powerful version of standard weapon attack with some flourishes. (Each version will be revealed in RP.)
Exceed Rising: Exceed changes into the Rising version of his current form then hits with either Exceed Kick or Exceed Rend, increasing the damage of the attack at the cost of more SP.

Kai was born in Japan, as an Heir to a Dojo, his mother died when he was young and his father was a strict man, which caused him to butt heads with him and became legendary delinquent whose stories of his strength spread throughout the streets, but other than that he lived a normal life. He went to a normal high school and just went through life, that’s how he lived, just going through life without a care, he didn’t have a concrete goal about what he would become in the future, as he was probably going to end up inheriting the family Dojo. Though he was unsure if he wanted to follow that path, sometimes mused if he should become a superhero, though he usually dismissed it as just childish… Until his Earth was invaded.
Now unlike most invasions or villain attacks the Earth goes through every other Tuesday, this one was led by an actual threat, a God of Destruction and their armies. The Earth’s greatest heroes fought back, but they were defeated left and right. It was during the start of the invasion that Kai activated the Exceed Driver. During the Invasion Kai’s father opened up his Dojo to shelter people who had nowhere to go to escape the invasion, as it was better for them to be out in the open as their home was in a rather secluded area and being an old samurai residence was pretty sturdy… only for the God of Destruction in a simple act of cruelty, fire an attack at the dojo, to that being it was nothing more than a swatting a few insects, but for Kai he had lost everything.
By some miracle Kai was still alive… the only one alive. He had blacked out, but when he came to he felt sorrow and hatred, but he didn’t feel despair, instead he wanted to fight them and he remembered something. He once heard that there was something that was enshrined in the temple in the family graveyard, something his mother had tried to protect in case the world needed to be saved. Kai headed to that temple and broke open that lock and inside he had found a strange belt, which fused into his body and he became the Masked Hero Exceed, the strongest Hero. Kai fought back against the invasion and eventually unlocked Exceed’s true power, Exceed Infinity and absolutely destroyed the God of Destruction, saving the world. So the only question was what now? He may have saved the world, but he was basically homeless.
Unfortunately, heroism doesn’t pay the bills nor does it count for extra credits for school, so Kai flunked out of school. To make matters worse, without a threat on the same level of that God of Destruction, Exceed was just another hero in the sea of other heroes in the world. So Kai became… A convenience employee, truly the worst fate that can befall on someone and so Kai spent most of his time being stuck in the business of a retail worker wasting away in a meaningless dead end job which almost made him wish for another God of Destruction or something to show up little did he know that was about to come true. One day, he was walking over to his job and he saw an out of control White Honda Acty about to run over a child. Kai quickly transformed and pushed the child out of the way while trying to slow down the Honda Acty. While normally a speed truck would do nothing to Exceed, however, White Honda Actys are scientifically proven to be portals to another world. The moment of impact Kai found himself in a random Netherworld which was being attacked by some of the Dark Sphere Kingdom’s goons. Kai’s response? “Bet.” And he promptly beat the shit out of them. After that he was directed to The Nethertime Support Force by the residents.
