All right, so I don't know when was the last time I posted here. I saw that there was a relaunch in 2015, so my old account is forever gone. I was randomly clicking through old bookmarks, and through all my computer upgrades, browser switches, email changes, everything that has happened in the last 15+ years, this bookmark is still here. And the site is still up! And I still like RP!
Hey there. Don't remember what my name was on the site before. Quazzy, McMono, Blees-o-tron? I was less consistent with my online handles when I was younger. Nowadays, if I can get Blees, that's what I go with, and Blees-o-tron as a backup. Anyways, I've been RPing since I figured out that's a thing you can do online. Some of my favorite OCs have come through the fire of RP here, as well as the story I always tell about the time someone was so OP they invented airplanes to destroy easily. This is the crucible that built me up into starting to DM for D&D, kept me writing my non-fiction for years (it's fallen by the wayside, but I've got a new one brewing, you might see that main character here...), and entertained me during some pretty down years of my life.
I don't know if I'm going to stick around too much. Checking in on a website versus using Discord for RP had its pros and cons. Being able to check RPs on my phone? Great, point for Discord. Being able to check RPs at work? Point for the website, it's not blocked on the wifi and Discord is.
Anyways, I don't expect anyone to go "wow, that guy, I remember that guy". I wasn't super prolific or anything. But apparently my bookmarks have never forgotten this site, so I'll give it another try.
