[IC] Blood of Two Worlds

Damien watched as a black mass come from Dante's chest wanted to act quick on how to dispose of the mass. "How do we get rid of the mass? He asks her.

Ana held up her fear hand and the book moved forward. Then suddenly a purple tongue shaped form appeared out of the book and shot out, grabbing the mass. He book looked like it ate the darkness then fell back into Ana’s hands. “There. All done…” she sighed and took a step back, shaking badly again.

[Jazz]

Well Damien learned something knew here today. The book eats black masses like the one it ate. That was interesting and odd but who was he to judge? For now he walked over to Ana and offered a hand to her. "Would you like to sit down to go back to bed?" He asks her.

And held his arm and said “I’m okay…really it’s nothing…” Dante was suddenly tackled by his brother, hugging him tightly. “Dante I was so worried about you…” Dante blinked, a little stunned then hugged his brother back.

“Where…did Alex and Vincent leave?”

Damien suddenly looks over to the brothers to see Dante being tackle hugged which he had snorted to keep himself from laughing. Though the question of Alex and Vincent wouldn't answer he had till heard a pecking at the window.

Outside, Vincent knocks on the door and sighs. He knew that Alexandria was worried about their friends but hoped she would have some decorum.

Ana looked at the window and moved to open it, looking out. Dante looked at the door and said “come in? Not sure who to answer first…”

[Jazz]

Perched on a branch was a raven who caws at the sight of seeing Ana and flaps her wings as if excited.

Vincent opens the door and peeks inside. "It is Lady Alexandria and I. Though it seems she had taken another way."

Ana smiled weakly and helped the raven in. “Yes she did…hello Alex”

Dante was still being pinned by his brother and said “guys…I need…I think he passed out on me…and it’s a little hard to breath”

[Jazz]

Alex hops over into the window sill and shifts with her sitting on the sill. "Good morning! I am so glad you guys are awake now!"

Vincent and Damien helped get Dante's brother off him and they set him on the bed Damien was on.

Duke Vale seemed to have fallen asleep now with Dante awake and alright. Dante watched his brother and muttered “I thought…he was still pissed at me…”

Ana smiled weakly at Alex and said “we are. Mostly alright now I think…can you fill us in on what we have been…missing?” She swayed a step and grabbed the bed frame behind her, holding her head.

Alex hops down from the window sill to help Ana. "How about we get you sat down, then we talk about what happened." She suggests while assisting her to the chair Duke Vale once occupied.

Vincent looked over to Dante's bed while there was only one chair left of which he offered to Damien who takes it and sits down. "Would it be alright if I sit on the end?" He asks. Given permission he sits down.

"So! As simplified as I can. Damien got shot to save Ana, but Ana got shot from another attacker. Damien goes Beast and takes out the attacker that shot Ana and Lord Grant restained the one that shot Damien. Damien goes after the other but while we were helping Ana with Lord Grant getting the bullet out of Ana, Dante got in the way of Damien and held him back till he settled down which he passed out. After the bullet was out, we got you guys back to Lord Grant's manor." Alex explains before continuing.

"During that time the attacker left alive was left to Vincent and I to interrogate while the dead one was interrogated. Sadly we didn't get much out of him however found out that they were already dead. Which suggests Panic Discord has a Mecromancer in her pocket."

Ana took her hand and sat down, holding her head. Dante nodded and said “go right ahead my friend”

They listened closely and Dante said “were we able to find the brother of the young man we were talking to?”

Alexandria's face softened as she frowned, shaking her head. "No. It stopped on stage and that's when Ana ran into Panic Discord. We're still looking as we speak. So far there hasn't been anything yet."

Dante sighed as Ana looked up weakly and said “have we checked the underground? I remember there was a trap door on the stage”

Alex looked to Vincent who shook his head and she turned her attention back to Alex. "No. We shall check. Vincent, will you let our men know?" She asks him. Vincent stands and bows his head. "I will. If you excuse me." He then steps out to relay the information.

Alex looks over to Ana and bows her head. "Thank you for the insight. I had not thought about the trap door."

Ana said softly “I saw it when I had come back down the steps…easy to…miss…” her vision was blurry as she held her forehead for a moment and said “sorry…it’s…I think the lad must have seen…our foe before…that’s why he was…” she lowered her head, her head swimming.

Dante sat up and said “Ana? My lady are you alright?”

Alex nods in understanding but her calm turned to worry. Damien sighs. "She's only recieved blood and only so much. She still needs to eat and rest too. She didn't want your mind degrading to nothing. So she came to help you." He explains.

"My lady...." Alex whispers.

Dante frowned and started to get up saying “it doesn’t take much blood to help her recover…unless she…” he looked at Damien and said “did something happen after she fed?”

Ana was holding her head, her eyes dull again as she said “don’t worry…it’s nothing…I’ll be fine…”

Damien thought about Dante's question, remembering what happened. "Ana seemed emotional agreeing with what had been said about her." He explains to him. Though unsure if he should be concerned.

Dante frowned then said “did she…touch you without thinking? When she first woke up?”

Ana was shaking now as Alex was close to her. She said weakly “I couldn’t keep the blood down…I threw up…I couldn’t absorb the blood…”
