[IC] Blood of Two Worlds

Ana smiled and signed; looking tired. “Thank you for your help. We weren’t planning on finding a cursed one on our first night in the city…” she tricked to get up and said “I can care for Dante and the girl…you should…” she stopped as she felt a wave of dizziness hit her and she side stepped.

Damien had stopped when she spoke about taking care of Dante and the girl. Seeing he trying to get up and pause before taking a sidestep, Damien made quick work to get next to her grabbing her hand to pull her toward him and then gently grab her waist pull her to him. "I'm sorry but I have them resting while you need care." He informs her. Gently keeping her in place, he studies a moment before continuing. "Now if you would alow it and with some help, I have a tank top and shorts you can use, we get you in the shower pat wash your injuries as well as wash the dried blood. Then with some spare clothes I have. Get you dressed and injuries dressed." Damien offers.

Ana panted a little then said “of course…if you think it’s best…I don’t want my blood…to cause any problems for…Dante or Ms Violet…that’s her name…I saw it when I found her true name…” she tried to step from him but his arm was keeping her upright. She was hot to the touch suddenly and her eyes kept changing their color.

[Jazz]

Damien give a short hum to that statement. Still questions he wanted to ask, but not right now with them needing treatment and rest. Carefully maneuvering Miss Shade to where he has her arm slung over his shoulder. He guides her to his dresser where he pulls out a black tank top and black shorts before heading to the bathroom. He will move to let her sit on the small stool. He sets the clothes beside her. "Go ahead and change. Let me know when your ready and I'll help getting you cleaned up." Damien explains before turning on the shower real quick and setting it to a luke warm. He then leaves and shuts the door, standing there waiting patiently from his room.

Ana watched him as he helped her, her mind trying to place him. Then she changed and soon opened the door and said “all set…” she was in the clothing and he could see old scars and the new ones, the burns looking worse on uncovered. Her rush job was going to hurt by the looks of it. She said softly as he came back in “if you don’t mind my asking…were you in the war years back? Maybe with a wolf pack?”

Damien comes in when he's given the alright. Seeing the old and new scar, he figured the old ones were mainly from the war. He took more notice of the rush job she did to her injuries. He goes to grab a wash cloth and some soap when asked about him being in the war and about his back. Damien sets it down by the shower as he rolls up his sleeves and takes off his gloves.

"I was born after the war. But the elders took part. Our pack became tasked with making sire there would be no second war." He offers a hand to her. "Gotta move the stool inside. It's gonna hurt but it's better to be sprinkled on than full on."

Ana nodded and took his hand to stand up. She stumbled a little, her right leg banged up. She moved so the stool could be moved and said “I wonder why you seem familiar to me then…” she sat inside the shower and sighed, moving to pull her hair free of the clip she was using.

Damien moves the stool to being inside the shower off the the side where the spray was more a sprinkle before helping her to the stool once more. "Familiar how?" He asks as he grabs the washcloth and soap, kneeling before her. Getting it wet and lathered with soap and gently dabs at the injuries.

Ana flinched slightly at her wound when it got wet and said “not sure…happens sometimes. You might be linked to someone I knew from the past…maybe I met your pack elders and the pack link is what I’m sensing…I wanted to ask…why did you help us? Not just in the club but giving us a place to recover?” She looked at him, her purple eyes looking at him.

Damien apologized when she flinched trying his best to be gentle since they were fresh burns. "Because it was the right thing to do? Though I was trained to handle Vampires, I haven't handled a vampire like her before."

Ana looked at him and said “she was a cursed one. A poor soul who had her true name taken from her. It’s something that’s been happening since the war ended. Most of the time they are beheaded and it’s over and done. But I have found out I can return them their true name…I can help them now…”

[Jazz]

There was small hum that escaped Damien's throat after hearing about these cursed ones. "I see. Seems like either the pack was not informed or withheld the information." He sighs as he rinses the cloth and reapplies soap before continuing. "It seems there is more going on than even I realized." He admits.

Ana said “I’m not sure how common knowledge it is…it started out as a Vampire problem but now they are finding Wolves and other creatures of the night with the aliment…it’s getting harder to keep a lid on things. But I want to get to the queen of vampires and tell her I have a cure…there’s no need to kill them…but I’ve having a hard time getting an invitation…” she gasped suddenly and held her shoulder, burns starting to ache.

Damien cursed. Carefully but quickly rinsing her off with a cup he had in the shower and gets her out. "Let's get you dried off quickly." Places a towel around her before grabbing a new tank top and pair of pants this time. "I should have been paying more attention to time." Carefully patting her dry.

Ana said “it’s not your fault, my friend…I’m alright…it will be fine now…the girl is safe and so is Dante…stopping Panic…and discord…that’s what…” she suddenly swayed a little, her eyes dull when her dry skin was burning up.

[Jazz]

Damien stopped patting Miss Shade when he saw he sway and her skin burning. "Help me just for the moment to get you changed so I can dress your burns real quick." Damien then grabs the clothes as he looks away, not wanting to betray her modesty.

Ana nodded and slipped into the dry clothing and then said “all…set now…sorry about this…” she moved to leave the bathroom and the door opens to show Dante. He said “my lady? Need a hand?”

Damien turned to Miss Shade after she changed and was about to protest as she was leaving the bathroom and Dante was waiting. This left him all sorts of confused. "What do you mean 'sorry'?" He asks as he stands up while half of him was soaking wet.

Dante sighed and said “she’s old school, apologies for everything. My lady, you need to stop moving and let us help. You haven’t fed in days and your hurt. Stop being the tough lady I know you are…let us take care of you for once” Ana looked at them both and said “I’m sorry…for being in this state…and for…not able to stand on my own…”

[Jazz]

Now Damien was completely confused. While he understand old fashioned as he was with some things, he wondered if she was use to having to stand on her own for so long like it was standard. Either way this left him lost considering things common to Vampires or hybrids.

"Think nothing of it. I doesn't hurt to have a helping hand every now and then." Damien tells her as he begins to put stuff away but the medical kit.
