Update: I don't think I'll move ahead with this concept. I've posted another Interest Check that has themes inspired by LOST. Check it out if interested. (LINK).

Urgent Communication to All Pending and Current Members of the DHARMA Initiative:
As we continue to pursue groundbreaking research in the fields of meteorology, psychology, parapsychology, zoology, and electromagnetism, the ground we tread often presents unforseen challenges. Due to an unexpected incident that has resulted in a critical shortage of resources at our primary remote research location, all scheduled expeditions to the island have been suspended indefinitely. We extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
In light of these circumstances, we have decided to redirect our efforts toward a new project. The establishment of new research stations is well underway and has now become our primary focus. Rest assured, while this venture will take us to new horizons, it is of no less importance than our previous endeavors.
If you have received this communication, you may be eligible for reassignment. Please review the attached documents and respond promptly if you are interested in this opportunity.
Thank you, namaste, and good luck,
Gerald and Karen DeGroot.
Hi! This is a very loose idea, but I thought I'd shoot it here to see if there is any interest. The backbone of the concept is a story that would adopt many of the themes & ideas present in LOST, but place them in a different location. It is frequently suggested in the show that there are other locations like the island where supernatural electromagnetic events occur. This particular story would take place shortly after DHARMA were purged from the island (late 80s, early 90s), and would follow recruits/members who are sent to a newer location.
I would be more than happy to workshop ideas as a group or with co-GMs - I think it'd be fun to develop some plot threads collaboratively. Please do drop a reply or message if you have any thoughts. If it does move forward, I don't think it is entirely necessary for you to have watched the show to participate: so long as the themes interest you, of course.
