Lily would pull out two lengths of rope, one for each. She tied the first one around Rex's wrists, then the other around Nacine's.

Nacine nods. "Now.....take us to your leader."

Lily nods, walking ahead of them. They'd see a man, who turns to face all of them. "Lily, you've returned." he said, smiling. "Who are these people? Gifts?" he asked, laughing a bit at his own joke. "These people are with the Alliance." she said, giving both of the a hard nudge forward and silently saying "Sorry."

Nacine grinds her teeth, trying not to yell at the Alliance comment.

Lily stood there, feeling Nacine's anger and silently beating herself mentally. She hadn't planned on saying that, but she couldn't lie to her leader....

Nacine whispers so low Lily almost can't hear. "Just get us to the Dragon King already." Not even Rex knew that it had been her plan to take out the King, and let the rest topple down. Defeating the King is nearly impossible.

Lily steers them around, to which the man nods. "He's waiting." Lily walks forward, and continues to walk until they reach a large room. The sunlight is bouncing off of the walls, creating small rainbows. "My lord?" Lily asks softly.

The Dragon Lord grumbles, his speech deep, echoing off the walls until it is almost deafening, his words blending together. "What do you want?"

Lily blanched ever so slightly. "I brought these prisoners to you," she said.

Rex had remained silent. He was normally one for a good fight, but seeing the Dragon King caused him to turn pale.

Nacine whispers so softly that she can barely even hear herself. "any time you want to get these ropes off, Lily..."

Rex nodded in agreement. He couldn't look away from the Dragon Lord.

Aaliyah would have no idea what they were doing, she had already gone through three books on ice magic and when she finished the third she sighed and unlocked her door. Her room was a winter wonderland and freezing to others though she didn't feel it, she started to walk over to the courtyard and sat alone waiting for the others to return.

Rex was shaking hard. He'd killed a young dragon, but that was like killing a house cat and then facing a tiger: entirely different beasts.

Lily took the ropes off of both Rex and Nacine, stepping back a little.

Nacine glances at Rex. "You ready?"

Lily swallowed, turning her attention from the Dragon Lord. She didn't want to watch...but he trusted her. He trusted her out of all the others. She couldn't let him die...but she had promised her friends...

Rex gulped and then nodded. He was ready, if scared.

Nacine keeps her hands behind her back, and reaches for her knife. "Don't die, please"
