Peter and Astra were both just stunned and speechless. Chi, meanwhile, stood by Bane, happy for the tinkerer as she explores new possibilities with her abilities.

Gobsmacked, Peter only blinks once Dante says his name, and flounders as he tries to collect himself "Uh, yes. Sir." he thinks some, "...I've never seen contractless summoning before....it could be very useful."

Dante nodded and moved over and muttered “and learning more about the Deadly White without causing more harm to Lady Ash…” Ash was smiling and looked at Astra. “Did I do that right?”

Bane chuckled and said “teachers let…even now. Well shall we get going? Much work to do”

Peter nodded a little, understanding his prince, and beginnignt o think on how to address that issue later, while keeping an eye on his charge.

Astra collects herself and smiles, charmed and slightly amused with Ash's excitement, "Yes... its amazing that you can call for help so easily now. I hope you understand how unique that ability is...you should take some time to explore it and get to know your new friends better sometime." She keeps a soft smile, nodding to the wolves as she mentions 'friends'. It wasn't any of her people, but she couldn't help but point out what she knew the girl needed.

And then as Bane mentioned waht they still needed to do, chi, astra, and peter all nodded in agreement and gathered around to prepare to leave as a group. Peter spared one last look at his prince before stepping over closer to Ash's side and bowing his head to her, "shall we?"

Astra looked over at Dante too and waved slightly, "Take care Dante...don't push yourself too hard while Im gone..."

Dante nodded and bowed his head. “Of course my lady. Have no fear” a pair of arms appeared and Aura hung off his neck. “Don’t worry boss. I’ll make sure he stays in line”

Ash smiled and followed Peter and Chi out of the base, Bane holding his arm out for Astra “May I escort you my lady?”

Astra smiles slightly, reassured by Aura and nods, looking back towards Bane...after a pause, she lightly takes his arm, "Certainly...I'm in your good hands, General"

Bane smiled and waved to the others as they all spilt up. Ash headed for the main doors and looked back at her bodyguards. “Well boys, this will be fun. Peter hasn’t been to the shop and Chi…well I doubt think you remember it much since you were drunk”

Bane led Astra out and said “just wondering…do you take mates?”

Peter watches her a moment, then looks at chi curiously. Chi tink a bit, "Hm... I guess I should tell you that we have notable people mapped out...I knew where your shop was, but I personally uh...had other things...and people, to focus on. You seemed focused on your work, so I never got concerned about your movements..."

Peter chuckles, "The organization, as a whole, gathers a lot of information. I'm sure Chi knew your shop and who you were just as part of how he navigates the city."

Astra blushes slightly at first. However, as she silently gives it some thought as they travel, the blush deepens some. "...If they are long living, and do not mind that I havent even passed a hundred yet...I wouldnt mind a mate"

Ash was walking ahead and out of the scrap yard when this was said and she stopped dead. She turned slowly and asked “wait…you guys were watching me? Why? and for how long?”

Bane nodded softly and smiled. “Good to know…nice to know that it’s possible…I’ve never judged one for their age…my kind tend to last a while if a blade doesn’t take them out…” he lead her into the city, his arm holding hers like a proper gentleman.

Chi shrugs, "Ive known for a year or so.." Peter takes a step forward and bows to her slightly, "Our organization took note of your accomplishments and your lack of activity in the guilds in general. Our Lady, and even Dante believe your accomplishments will be important later.. though, I'm not privy to the details, miss. Its clear to me, though, that for the most part...our lady did not want us to bring you trouble."

He straightens and looks over at Chi, "...if he had not ended up helping you, Chi might have gotten an earful for his mistake."

"Hmph."

Astra slows to a stop, still faintly blushing, "So, it was for you after all." she speaks softly, before chuckling. "I...suppose. I will allow you to woo me~"

Ash looked between them as they started walking and said “so you guys were watching me…planning on trying to recruit me? Or just keeping an eye on…”
The she stopped talking as they were making it into the city and said “no…you knew I was going to become a target; didn’t you?”

Bane chuckled softly and said as they turned a corner “well, as long as I have the blessing of your guardian…I would love the chance to try and sweep you off your feet. But i didn’t want to step on anyone who you might hold dear to your heart…”

The group with Ash continues for some time before she stops again. Chi sighs but doesnt say anything. He looks simply out of his depth. Peter hums, "If lady astra was interested in your work, and wanted to keep trouble away from you...it's possible that she was worried about you becoming a target as well. Of course, I still can't speak for her. I can only tell you that she has the best intentions for the city and the people in it"

She blushes deeper as Bane confirms his feeling, "my guardian...ah, Dante? He might be protective, but I dont think he would try to keep me to himself..." she falls quiet again, hummin in thought before looking up at the werewolf, "...I have no one else of romantic interest...I flirt and I tease, But I actually don't get out much."

Ash looked at Chi and asked “so…that’s why I was being watched. Okay…I can understand that. It makes a lot of sense. Let’s go” she started walking again and turned the corner to see the Silver Gear ahead of them. She muttered “I hope Trigger was able to keep everything secure while I was gone…”

Bane nodded as they walked down the street and said “I know the feeling. Work is the top priority right? Your duty to the city…to save it. I feel the same. As part of the guard, the city means a lot to me…I wish to wipe it clean of the darkness that threatens it…I think we can both aid that goal yes?”

Chi gives a helpless nod at first, but he perks up as the shop comes into view and speeding up a bit to get there first. Peter smiles slightly, but keeps close to his charge's side. "I'm sorry..it must be disturbing to realize that you've been watched....regardless of the reason."

Once he had gotten to the door, Chi sniffs around and opens it first, on the look out for traps, goons, and giant smooshing boulders. "Trigger?"

Astra smiles vaguely and nods as Bane talks about being too focused on work "Guilty."
On his proposal, she gives his arm a squeeze, "I still have my concern with the captain of the guard working with a shadow guild. The idea seems to...conflict"
