Military RP?

Would anyone be up for an ongoing RPG about a military unit. Not sure what war, I'd just know it would be from World War Two to now, and not be too advanced tech wise

I would be totally up for WW2! ^0^ Modern just seems overdone to me, and I never see enough WW2 RPs on here.

Well the interest check's in free, but I would love for this to be casual. Not badgering on the GM's idea or anything, I just think a casual setting would work best for this sort of RP. But either way it's up to the GM if its free or casual. Btw I'm totally game for Nazi Germany's downfall and the Battle of Berlin or anything in the European Theater. Not too inclined on anything in the Pacific Theater.

I've always wanted to see an RP set in either the Vietnam or Korean wars. Seems there is a lack of games set in that era. Don't know if that's 'low-tech' enough. The greatest turn-down for me is the fact that it was posted in the Free section. If it was casual or advanced I might join.

Somewhat off topic, but personally, I've always wanted a roleplay set in WWI, which sounds painfully boring when you read about it but the interactions between soldiers in the utter hell that was the trenches could be interesting. My two cents.
