Hello, hello! I'm Smiley, and I'm craving a JoJo RP, and I'm looking for some JoBros to write with me, preferable 3-5. This will be a freeform RP, with no dice. Posts lengths can vary, but the average should be around 2-3 paragraphs.

Each of the characters will have their own motivations to travel with the group, and they won't have any relation to existing canon characters. Each character will have their own Stand, but they may or may not have it right at the start of the adventure, they might develop one along the way!

In terms of character requirements, your character shouldn't have motivations/ties to any of the canon characters (ie, your character can't be Jotaro's long lost second cousin, or they can't be after DIO because he did a bad thing to their grandma 100 years ago or something). Your character's Stand must be unique, and have abilities that aren't just copy and paste versions of existing Stands.

Otherwise, the world (ZA WARUDO) is your oyster, and your characters can have any motivations you can come up with, well, within reason, anyway.

Please reply to this thread with your character and their Stand (If they have one at the start), and I'll message everyone once there are enough people to begin!

Appearance: Stan is an older man of slightly above average height. Years of smiles are written on his face in wrinkles that gather around his mouth and his green eyes. His dark hair and beard are shaved down to the same stubbly length, though he's bad about keeping it up with the clippers. His clothes are about as slovenly; his typical outfit consists of a tank-top and track pants. Still, there's no denying that despite his age, his physique is still impeccable; students who don't realize that upon seeing his steel-cable muscles are often shocked to see him effortlessly lift his leg above his head. If he's lost any strength and flexibility with age, he makes up for it with long years of experience.

Personality: Stan is, above all else, an artiste. At the core of his being is the belief that anything in life worth doing is worth doing skillfully and beautifully--and he believes that, in most cases, those are the same thing. That attitude drives the high standards to which he holds both his students and himself, and the scorn which he heaps on people and things which he considers lazy. At his worst, Stan is a shouting, sputtering mess of frustration and anger, desperate to communicate his vision to the ungrateful masses.

That is not to say that he's a dour or angry person, though. Stan takes the same attitude to life as a whole as he does to his work. Life must be lived beautifully, and a beautiful life must have room for joy and laughter. When the work is done--or when it is going well--his is the loudest laugh, the drink raised highest, the most cheerful song. Many students and dancers have watched the closing-night transformation from strict taskmaster to jubilant partygoer with astonishment, but even the most put-upon tend to warm to him in this state... eventually.

Backstory: Stan comes from a long line of classically trained ballerinas. He has performed with a number of companies, including the Royal Ballet--as has his father, and his father before him. In his youth he was regarded as the best of his line, which is high praise indeed. Now, having passed the age of 40, he is long past his days as a principal dancer, but he makes a living as an internationally renown teacher and choreographer for the next generation of dancers.

Special Skills: Stan was, at one time, a world-class ballerina; despite having aged out of his career as a dancer, he is still well-regarded as a teacher, and retains most of his former ability and conditioning.

STAND

Name:「TURN IT AGAIN」
Appearance:「TURN IT AGAIN」takes the form of a person-sized nutcracker soldier doll. It's the classic look: red military coat over white trousers and knee-high black boots, a tall black hat, and shocks of white hair coming from its head and chin. Its round "hands" somehow hold a long musket, which it uses as a bludgeoning weapon in combat.

Abilities:「TURN IT AGAIN」can cause anything it touches to spin along an axis of its choosing; the maximum rate of spin is determined by the force of the blow, the distance from Stan, and the length of time spent in contact.
