The dazzling empire of Fort Fortune is like none other. It's influence stretches vastly across the Realm Of Light with colonies built up on every major world currently discovered. It is at the forefront of technological advancement and absolutely uncontested in terms of power. The people of Fort Fortune are the overlords of the Realm Of Light.
Fort Fortune and it's countless colonies require a ridiculous amount of energy to power their facilities, energy that can only be harvested from the purposeful destruction of worlds. Worlds deemed fit for farming raw materials are fed to Heartless whom are bred to overpower the World's Heart and create a Nowhere Zone. A Nowhere Zone, much like a Nobody, is an empty husk left behind when a Heartless is born. When a world becomes Heartless it becomes a creature infinitely more ferocious than an ordinary Heartless. These almighty beasts rome the void and make inter-world travel incredibly dangerous. The remnant Nowhere Zone is then deconstructed and returned to Fort Fortune to be processed into valuable materials and energy.
The employees of Fort Fortune whom make this process possible have a variety of different roles. There are scouts that seek out suitable worlds, colonizers that set up facilities up on new worlds, security that protect staff from the world's natives, delivery crews and many more. The role we'll be concentrating on for this RP is the role of the Server Technicians.
Fort Fortune's denizens have successfully replicated the Keyblade. Artificial Keyblades are standard issue to every Fort Fortune employee but the drawback is that they operate by connecting to Servers. A Keyblade outside the reach of a server will not function. During the colonization process of new worlds servers are installed. Additionally, every airship capable of inter-world travel is equipped with a server. The responsibility of a Server Technician is make rounds between colonies and ensure servers are working efficiently. A colony without a working server is usually destroyed by natives thus the Artificial Keyblades are necessary to keep natives at bay while their world is being harvested.
That's the premise basically. If you're interested but there's something you're a bit iffy about or just plain don't like, let me know and we can discuss it. I'm totally open to any and all ideas so don't be afraid! Besides, I prefer group projects anyway. If this picks up I'm probably not going to be all too serious about GMing. There won't be any limitations or rules (apart from the obvious ones, Of course -_-'). I'd just hope everyone would be mature enough to handle that kind of freedom. I'll further explain how things would work if this gets interest.
