Space flourished with a great glow, and as did The Unthinkable Wonderer, fastest ship in the galaxy of Draddlin. An, understaffed crew to say the least, it did all it could in a go to recruit new crew members, oh but this was no ordinary ship, it was a pirate ship! It stole and looted, and had fierce crew, at least, usually. The police chased them to the ends of the galaxy, and bounty hunters were often hired to attack the ship. This is the story of the people of this galaxy, and the pirates of this ship.

Ray awoke from his sleep, he had been out cold for a while, as it was the time marked as 'Night' by the time. A universal time in which everybody used mostly though Ray just used it for sleeping routines, the only places that didn't use the 'universal time' were planets themselves, who had arranged timelines and times. He stood to his feet, groggily and began a stumble out of his room, where he was met with his office. Looking around for a moment he realized that he needed to do a status report or something along these lines. He sat into his chair and pressed down on a button pad on his computer. Speaking into the computer, his voice was heard over station intercomms. "Alright everybody get on up, if you aren't already. Make sure everything is running properly on the ship, any hull breaches, engine exploding, fire on the ship or ninjas. Make sure the ship is still working, can't have any fatal accidents. He finished as he began looking over his crews names, as they were written on a computer file, as well as going over everything he needed to check himself, for the thousandth time.

Meanwhile at the lower labs of Outer-Heaven Inc.
Dr. Maverick was sleeping on his working table, it seems he had been working all night long, again. Another scientist passed his workplace noticing that he was sleeping. Since it was about time to start working he decided to go over and wake him. "Maverick, hey Maverick wake up. You've overdid it once more, did ya?" he said to Maverick who was rubbing his tired eyes. As Maverick was done he stretched and asked for the time, it was morning and the working schedule just started. "Let's get going then shall we?" Maverick said as he stood up to get a coffee.

Amira was awoken by the sound of the announcement. She rubbed her eyes and yawned as she got up from the floor, she had never really had a bed but she didn't mind it at all. She took a quick glance at the tasks that she would be required to do today. 'Nothing out of the ordinary' she thought the herself as she looked in a mirror, her multicolored hair was all over the place and she had forgotten to wash her face paint off the night before, leaving it smudged all over her face. As much as the paint was a part of her culture, it sure was a pain to work with. She picked up a brush and began putting her hair into a presentable way, she knew by the end of the day it would be covered in soot and messy again but she didn't care, she liked the way it looked when brushed. She washed the remnants of the face paint from yesterday before quickly applying it back on cleanly. She'd done it so many times that it was second nature to her now. She smiled at herself before walking out of the room she was living in, she decided to head down to the engine room first, it was a place that she'd always liked being in. She walking with a spring in her step, giddy to start the day.

Marc zipped up his jacket. It didn't do much to keep him warm, but it was all he had, so he kept it on nonetheless. He walked slowly down the street, observing the hustle and bustle that one grew accustomed to on Itar III. Marc lived in the center of the city, or at least he used to. He had just been evicted, unable to pay rent because he lost his job in the starship factory... 5 months ago. With so many people on the planet, honest jobs weren't easy to come by, which is why crime rates were so high. However, Marc's housing situation was the least of his worries as, in order to make ends meet, he had to borrow from Lars, a local crime lord with a reputation for having quite the short temper. The only options left open for Marc were to work for Lars, or run from him. Marc decided that getting even further involved with that man was a terrible idea so last night he told his few friends that he would be leaving for good. It was with a heavy heart and a feeling of defeat that Marc made his way for Selenis Starport. With hundreds of ships taking off or landing at any moment, it was assured that one would be willing to add Marc to its crew.

Hankins had been awake for five minutes before hearing the anouncement the captain gave. Going to the bathroom he took a shower to freshen himself more. Hankins really liked the hot water going down his body, " Oh what a wonderful day this is going to be " speaking aloud inside the bathroom to himself. He was a little irritated as he havent got his smokes for two days. After having finished his bath he quickly took his clothes on and packed his pistol on his side and went to the captains deck
"Good morning captain" Hankins then went to the navigation system and checked it for any bugs or if it was not working. " Captain all is working with the Navigation system "

Ray rose his head, to see one of the crew had arrived in his office. He was one of the few newer crewmembers, and even though he often wasn't greeted in his office he though of it good, as he could take his blood sample for med-bay. Pulling a syringe from a container on his desk he looked the the crewmember. "Alright, I'll need your blood, for the med-bay database. Just real quick." He said holding the syringe out infront of him. "It will only sting a bit." He said finally.

Mars woke to the sound of the captain giving orders through the speakers, and he quickly rose out of bed to hurry to do his duties. he dressed at a fast pace and began to go about making sure everything was the way it should be. most importantly, he made sure the weapons were all properly stashed. Ever since Mars joined the crew of The Unthinkable Wanderer, he had been doing his best to aid the crew in whatever situation that required his help. he had started off as an able crew-member and then elevated to fighter which gave him the chance to prove himself as a member of the crew. He had dreams of becoming greatest pirate on the ship and one day being made first mate if the captain ever chose him. he went to join the other crew members in making sure the ship was proper order and that there were no problems it. Mars wondered what the next crazy adventure or battles their captain and ship would bring.

Putting the syringe on the table Again he went over to the navigation system to check and sure it was a defect light that had broken which did irretate him but it had broke at the pefect tiem for his aid

Jenice sat in her chair before quietly pressing down on a button to the intercomm she just heard report from the captain. She spoke into the intercomm and began, "Please crew, report to the medical bay, and quickly please. I need to take your blood, to sample in to the computers." She said, typing on a computer getting it ready for the other staff

Amira quit fiddling around with some engine parts, her hands covered in various oils and soot, she sighed. She hated blood tests and never really understood the need for them, especially on a ragtag ship like this. She closed the compartment she had been working in and she wiped her hands off with a rag that she had brought down. They weren't at all clean, and other than the fact that most of the wet oil had been taken off, the filthy rag may have made them even dirtier.. She made her way to the sick bay and smiled as she walked in. "Hi!" She said happily as she said to the medic. "Amira Solari, at your service." Amira said, holding out her filthy, almost completely blackened hand out for a handshake.

Jenice shook her hand and took out a needle and a few test tubes, she cleared off the patients arm and tied it. "So what is your name?" She asked as she plunged the needle in and extracted the blood, she quickly put it into a test tube and stored it away. "There you go all done, if you could tell the next person to come in." She took off the needle and threw away the disposable cloth before smiling at the woman and preparing for the next extraction.

Somehow the port managed to be even busier than the rest of the city. As Marc pushed his way through the crowds of people coming and going, he looked at thew different ships sitting in wait. As a child he had sat and stared at the various ships for hours, obsessed with the beauty of each craft. He held this love for ships to this day. In fact, the only reason Marc hadn't taken a ship off-planet previously is the strict immigration policy on Itar III. A passport was needed to leave and they didn't come cheap. There were plenty of captains that were willing to take you aboard if you didn't have one, but those tended to be shadier characters. But... desperate times call for desperate measures so Marc was on the hunt for one of these individuals.

"Uh, Amira..." She said, a little confused by the whole interaction, the medic seemed to work so fast she could hardly keep track and suddenly she was being hurried out of the office. Amira started on her way out of the sick bay, going into the hallway and saying "Next please" to no one in particular as she continued to walk out. When she finally made her way out of the sick bay she shrugged to herself and started skipping away, heading no place in particular but finding herself eventually on the bridge of the ship.

Ray looked up at the somewhat uneasy crew member before giving a slight laugh. "It is mostly going towards med-bay, we will need your blood type, and the DNA will likely help both science, and discerning what medicine will kill you instantly." he said waving the automatic syringe, set to take in liquids. "It will only hurt a bit, honest." He said holding it out in front of himself till he heard the call over the radio from med-bay. "It is either here or Med-bay, and without it well, lets just say you won't last to long..." He said with a small grin pointing the automatic syringe at Hankin's arm.
