Eva nodded coughed and leaned back against him put her hands on his linking them. "Sorry love been coughing all day" she smiled watching the girls play. "I am happy that she is doing okay. I been worried all day. "

Jack smiled and kissed Eva's cheek. "Hey that is normal for a mother to worry about her child especially one like Lily." He said to her. "And I am sure Lily was worried about you also." He said with a smile and hugged her tight in his arms. "So right now lets just enjoy being with the girls like this while we can."

Eva smiled and kisse him then hugged him. "Ya let's enjoy this time with them" she went and picked lily up and spun her around laughing and smiling. Then pick Chloe up and spun them both all of them laughing and smiling.

Jack laughed as he watched Eva have fun with the girls and it made him more determine to get that house for them so they won't have to be separated a lot. He got a phone call as Eva spun the girls around and it as from work , thankfully he was able to take care of it through the phone and did not have to be there.
It was getting late and Jack decided to sneak the girls back to their dorm and let them sleep in his bed while he would sleep with Eva for the night. "Ok girls remember be very quiet while in the dorm so no one will get disturbed from their studying." He told them and Chloe nodded.

Eva smiled hearing they would sneak the girls in their dorm. Lily nodded she would be quiet and Eva picked her up and put her on her back. She followed jack to the dorm and they snuck the girls in and Eva put a movie on for them. She went and sat on the couch watching them watch a movie happy. "Thanks jack this was amazing surprise I had fun I love you" she smiled at him.

Jack smiled asthe girls settled down to watch the movie and Jack moved Eva to sit on his lap. "I am glad you like your surprise but don't expect this all the time though I canonly do this so many times without getting caught." He said to her and hugged her tight. He enjoyed having Eva and his neice along with his new daughter with them tonight and it just made him smile a lot.

Eva smield and sat on his lap arms around his neck stroked his cheek softly. "Thank you. I know you can't do it all the time but this one time was perfect for me and lily and of course you and Chloe. It helped lily a lot and me" she kissed him softly. "So the girls get the bed it look like your bed so where we going to sleep? My bed?" She grinned

Jack smiled at her and kissed her cheek. "Yup the girls will sleep in my bed and we will sleep in yours." He told her and wrapped his arms around her waist and nuzzled her happily. "But I am glad this helped you and Lily out a lot it certainly made Chloe happier then she normally is." He said with a smile and just held her tight not wanting to let go of her.

Eva smiled and held onto him tight kissed him and rested her head in his neck. "It helped all of us were all happy anf it wonderful" she snuggled close not wanting to be away from him. She watched the girls fall asleep and smiled.

Jack smiled at him and kissed her back. "I am glad this made things all better for everyone." He said with a smile as they relaxed and waited for the little ones to pass out for the night. Once they did Jack moved Eva to the side and picked the two little ones up and took them to his bed and tucked them both in. "Well I think the day finally caught up to them." Jack said in a whisper before heading back over to Eva and picked her up all of a sudden. "Now just to put one more girl to bed." He said with a giggle teasing Eva pretty much.

"I think so" Eva giggled watched jack put them to bed. She laughed as he picked her up and kissed him deeply smiling. "Oh and who would this girl be do I know her?" She teased him holding onto him.

Jack kissed her back and smield at her. "I think you know who she is since she is in my arms right now." He said with a smile and placed her on the bed and snuggeld up with her. "There now we are all snuggled up for the night." He said with a laughed and hugged her. 'And I want you to rest so that cough will go away for good." He siad and kissed her cheek.

Eva smiled and snuggled close kissed his cheek. "I'm glad to be in bed with you love, your the best I love you" she rested her head on his shoulder holding his hand. "I will I want the cough to go away to" she closed her eyes and buried her face in his neck. "I love you"

Jack smiled and kissed her forehead. "I love you too now get some sleep." He said with a smile and held her hand as well. He was just happy to have her and the girls in his life and it made him happy but he still wished she had her memories back and remember all the good times they had as kids. But he knew it was take its time or that it may never come back and he did not care he was just glad to have her in his arms.

Eva nodded and fell asleep. She smiled dreaming of them two having their own house and a family.
Lily left the bed and came to their room and shook Eva "mommy I had a nightmare" she whispered tears falling. Eva woke and pick her up and held her whispered "it's okay sweetie your safe no one will hurt you again, I'm here and so is daddy we will protect you" she knew what her nightmare was about and held her until lily fell asleep in her arms. Eva stayed awake longer to make sure lily slept peacefully.

Jack was fast asleep for the most part but felt Eva move in the bed and woke up and saw Lily. "Bad Dream?" He asked knowing Lily must be still having a hard time forgeting what has happened. He got up and went to the kitchen to get something when his phone went off. "Hello....no one of the kids woke up so I woke up.......what did you find out......are your serious......I never would have guessed.......yeah I still want to press charges about this and get that lady put to jail for life or something so she will not ause harm again and I want that agency sued for letting this happen......what they been taking bribes now that is worst." He said over the phone for it was his lawyer explaining the situation. "Do what you must these people need to obviously be shut down and taken over by another company that is safe." He siad and soon hung up. "You got to be kidding how can they let that happen."

Eva nodde at jack and saw him get up. Then heard the phone and layed lily down on the bed tuck her in and walked to the kitchen. She walked to him and put her arms around his waist from the back kissed his back. "Was that the lawyer? What he say? Will she be lock up?" She asked moved and sat on the counter folded her arms looking at him scared she wouldn't be for what she did to lily.

Jack looked at Eva and sighed a little. "She will be if she is not given the death penalty." Jack said as he rubbed his head. "Turns out that lady was suppose to have 6 other kids like Lily at her place but Lily was the only on there and the lady claims they were adopted but they can't find the kids and the parents she mentioned claim they never heard of her..........one day they had a police dog at her place and it barked in her backyard and when they dug up where the dog barked they found one of the children dead and buried in her backyard......She killed the kids when she could no longer handle but made it sound like she had them still to collect the money he said it was a good thing we got Lily when we did and that she only got a broken arm from her." Jack explained for he never thought that woman could be that horrible especially to children.

Eva looked at him tears falling. She couldn't believe what she heard about the lady. "Y you mean to tell me that I let lily aunt leave her with a killer I'm a horrible person"she put her face in her hands and cried softly. "Those children and their parents oh gosh jack it could of been lily"

"Eva calm down we did not know this when this happen and that lady also killed out of greed she did not want to use the money she was getting to care for them she wanted it for herself so at this rate she is proabbaly going to get the death penatly for this and remember the people who had her broke thier promise on her staying with them not handing her off to someone else." Jack explained to her as he hugged her tight. "Eva Lily is alive right now and is here with us now safe and sound he said that by the times of death of the children she waits for about two months before snapping and he said that Lily got lucky with only suffering a broken arm." He told her and held Eva tight in his grip and just strokked her hair. "Eva its ok now....turns out no one at that place bothered to check up on that lady and just took bribes saying she was doing fine so tehy are being punished for this also so no one is getting away with this and every foster home out there is being looked into to make sure no other child had suffered like the ones at that lady's home."
